Are you actually arguing the Feds should impose drilling requirements on the states?
What happened to Article 10?
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved for the States respectively, or to the people.

Did he have anything to say about Charlie’s hurricane insurance plan?

Well, that prompts this Floridian to support Fred.
How does Benedict Arnold feel about Fred? That would seal the deal.

If only McFred’s response was as articulate as yours. Perhaps, the First amendment isn’t the only one McFred is unfamiliar with?

How does Benedict Arnold feel about Fred? Well, you can ask him, but I think the Governator has already endorsed Rudy.

While I did not read that, I was virtually sure of it.
California is long gone.

Why should the people of Florida have veto power over a National Security issue? With oil at $89 per barrel, we should start drilling off the coast of Florida and in ANWAR.

But Thompson said Thusday that it's not something he would support. After he was reminded which position he was supposed to take. Sheesh, the mainstream Republicans consider Fred the 'savior' of the Republican Party? If I didn't know any better, I'd swear I was watching Spinal Tap does politics.
I imagine he changed his position once he was told ('remembered') the Everglades are in Florida...

I thought Fred was an intriguing prospect when the buzz first started. I couldn’t be more UNIMPRESSED by him. In fact, he sucks.

No Giuliani = No Problem.
Thompson said a faux pas at that point but Giuliani is a problem candidate who should NOT be voted in the primary.
He is trading/counting on voter ignorance.

Incorrect. It seemed like a cool idea. He just hasn’t turned out to be very good. Anyone looking at it clearly can see that.
