Concedes “tactical gains” in Anbar but rest of country in shambles. Every promising development has turned out not to be a solution. Cites Tom Friedman??? article This could be a harbinger of a bad case of over-reach by the Dems, if Petraeus and Crocker can hit their testimonies out of the park.
