And and even harder time tolerating stupidity--like the clove oil on the new piercing! LOL!

Standard treatment with an oil...is Mayo.. you use another oil to dislodge it.

With a fresh wound you don’t dare rub something organic into it...Too much risk of infection.

Told her to ice it down...take something for pain.

The oil of clove will eventually produce anesthesia but it takes a while.
