My MIL called tonight and said that he told her that he’d be in the hospital for about another week. He’s really ready to go home. I am just thankful that he is healing. This was a very dangerous situation that he was in. :(

He wants to be home so badly. Of course, he won’t be able to pick Piper up for at least a month. One of the rules of surgery. But he can hold her if someone else puts her in his lap.
