That’s pretty much my take too. He touches on briliance and drifts off into no mans land.
One thing I did not like was the questioner asking the question as if laughing at Paul. While I don’t plan on voting for him, that isn’t very professional. It was prejudicial.

Ha ha . Talk about disillusioned. I’m amazed.
1. No war with Iraq was going on .
2. We ran the WMD inspectors from the UN out of iraq so we could invade. But ,of course Hans Blitz had found NOTHING!! AND THERE WAS NOTHING!!! We invaded to save the world from WMD— THERE WERE NO WMD— Looney
3. Congress voted for what? Have you read the resolution? The Resolution absolutely does not authorize the occupation of IRAQ. Gosh read the darn thing, Looney!

Did I miss the immigration questions (I got home in the middle of this debate), or are they still coming?

Rudy is getting a little clintonized on his “private life” answer to the family values question. “Any issue of my private life does not affect my public performance,” says Rudy. Sounds just like Bill Clinton to me.

Well said. The American people aren't in favor of a long-term commitment or further meddling in that s--thole Middle East. Let these 7th century heathens stew in their own juices, seal the borders here and ban Muslim immigrants from coming here. Sooner or later they'll get the picture.
Nope. Paul attacks those fighting Islamists and says nothing about Muslims immigration to America. Meanwhile he opposes any attempt to look at radical Islamists and leftists in America.
That isn't containment or even isolation. It is appeasement.

Actually, I think Rudy’s answer was surprisingly candid. He didn’t make excuses for his bad behavior, but said that the job of mayor was so difficult that it made his personal life difficult. If so, how much harder will the job of President be? Spare your third marriage more pain Rudy. Drop out of the race!

Whatever. L. Ron Paul is showing his true colors ... SOLID BLUE!!! He's a moonbat.
His running mate? Lyndon LaRouche?

I think Rudy’s effectiveness meter went up on that last question. I’m for Mitt, but Rudy gave a great answer.
To: NapkinUser
That’s not what I’m talking about. He can say all these wonderful libertarian things, but what good is that when he won’t do the necessary things to defend the country?
