It’s not going to come true no matter how many times you repeat it.

lol

“But seriously, there’s no way any man or woman’s foot is going to reach over to the other stall unless they have Krusty the Clown-type feet.”

Maybe, maybe not...but Krusty Clown feet alone shouldn’t ruin this guy for life...doesn’t seem to be anymore here.

And at 42 minutes into Soledad’s show they just mentioned that Hillary gave 23K to charity that she received from a man wanted for fraud!

Oh, great. In 2006, Sgt. Dave Karsnia of the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport police was in charge of "cart enforcement," writing tickets for those cart drivers who were running down children and old people in the airport terminal.

Now he's been promoted to pottie pervert patrol.

One has to wonder, was he such an eff-up at "cart enforcement" that he was given the toilet duty as punishment for allowing too many crushed kiddies and flattened old farts?

This whole story is becoming farcical.

Now he’s been promoted to pottie pervert patrol.

He’s really a rising star on the Minneapolis police force!

“Is it possible, after attending Wikipedia U to get a degree?? ;)”

Sure, I’ll write one up for you.

Just wrote an edit to cover my credentials.

I still can’t believe how many folks actually cite that as a source.

In his guilty plea he says
... I did the following: Engaged in conduct I knew or should have known tended to arouse alarm or resentment or others which conduct was physical rather than verbal in nature.

I understand that the court will not accept a plea of guilty from anyone who claims to be innocent.

I now make no claim that I am innocent of the charge to which I am entering a plea of guilty.
He signed his name. Now he is in the position of saying his earlier sworn statement to the court was false. His guilty plea is at:

[The charge was disorderly conduct...not lewdness]

I didn't say the charge was lewdness.    Aren't you getting low on straw?

This is what I quoted  (red emphasis added):

"Craig later pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct."

If you're having problems with your vision then you should visit an optomotrist.

I think the charge of disorderly conduct gave the intended message:   "Get the hell out of here and don't pull this crap again in our town.".

I wonder if the Senators business card trick worked in the past.  He was obviously shocked that it didn't work this time.  Surprise.

Keep your eye on this police officer!

Something STINKS, and Freepers will find out the truth!

I notice that there is no mention of lewd behavior under your definition of disorderly conduct.

It I read it correctly, he has also changed employers from Metropolitan airport police to Minneapolis Police Department. I assume they are different agencies.

This is part of the Senator's statment which is under your definition of disorderly conduct:

"Engaged in conduct I knew or should have known tended to arouse alarm or resentment "

No mention of lewdness.

"The 16-count indictment alleges a pervasive pattern of self dealings, bribery and corruption by William Jefferson, Democratic Congressman-Louisiana, in violation of his oath of office"

How much news did that get? I would say this is MUCH worse offense than Larry Craig. Yet...

What is the legal definition of duress?

Democrats love to spout that any legal fight after he signed that statement would be an admission of purgery.

However, is you are forced to sign a legal statement under duress, is that actually purgery?

In these situations, I have altered my middle initial while signing my name to a "U" instead of the correct "R", to signify that I was signing my name under duress.

I didn't say the charge was lewdness.

Yet you 100% assume Craig acted lewdly.

Sharpen those brains, boy.

I’d say so too, but then again, I’d have to add to it a number of other prominent dem names. Bubba aside, how about Sandy Berger stuffing classified documents in his shorts?

I’m too tired...the list is too long.

It's not my definition. It's the statute's.

The charging document goes in to greater detail.

If he holds on and fights it more power to him. He really doesn't have anything to lose now, it's out in the open anyway. But it's going to take a lot to change my opinion after his guilty plea.

Yep...saw it.

He didn’t get charged for lewdness...that’s important. I personally would have had a lawyer. This guy figured that by taking the lesser charge of disorderly conduct, he’d keep it out of the papers. Still think this is weak...timing is suspect too.

“Craig later pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct.”

“I should have had the advice of counsel in resolving this matter. In hindsight, I should not have pled guilty. I was trying to handle this matter myself quickly and expeditiously.”

This was poor judgment.
