I notice that there is no mention of lewd behavior under your definition of disorderly conduct.
It's not my definition. It's the statute's.

The charging document goes in to greater detail.

If he holds on and fights it more power to him. He really doesn't have anything to lose now, it's out in the open anyway. But it's going to take a lot to change my opinion after his guilty plea.
