Report: Cindy Sheehan Murder Attempt

Anti-American activist Cindy Sheehan has reportedly claimed an attempt was made on her life after her controversial appearance in Charlotte, N.C., last week.

In a posting on Action Center for Justice blog, Sheehan allegedly wrote:

In Charlotte, NC, the car that I was riding in that has "Peace Mom vs. Pelosi" had a flat tire when we were going down I-40 toward an interview. Later, when we were having the tire repaired, we found out that it had been cut. We think that's attempted murder.

Sheehan canceled her appearance at the Charlotte rally when she arrived and found that a sizable counter-protest by the Gathering of Eagles was allowed by the police to be held near her rally. Even though the two sides were peaceful, Sheehan later accused the police of not protecting her. She also accused the Eagles, a group comprised mainly of Vietnam veterans, of having a history of assaulting women and children.

Sheehan, who gained notoriety by staging a campout in Crawford, Tx., two summers ago that led to her becoming the reputed face of the antiwar movement, has been having public tantrums and wild mood swings in which she has forsaken public life, the Democratic party and the antiwar movement only to return after a brief respite to lead an antiwar campaign and announce a prospective run for public office against Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.

I guess she's missing being the center of attention and she'll claim anything to get on camera or a mention in the papers now. Unfortunately for her, she's not worth going to jail for. Not to mention any action against her - other than verbal criticism- would run contrary to our ideas of "supporting the troops." She's the mother of a soldier whether she wants to be or not, so for her son's sake we wouldn't approve of people rapping her on her little head, not that we are the type to resort to such stupidity anyway.

She really needs to get some counseling.

A tire cut? In Charlotte? She should ask some of the NASCAR drivers about how tires get cut. Her driver probably hit some debris on the road. When you hit a piece of sharp metal, it tends to cut a tire. Nacrissistic idiots!

If someone had cut the tire, it would have been flat when she got into the car. Kind of hard to intentionally cut a tire when it’s rolling down the interstate at sixty miles per hour. Merely another example of how these leftists have no practical knowledge.

The more she is out there doing her thing, the more she reminds normal Americans why they hate liberals.

I think this is probably the work of some nut or a staff person from someone she is challenging in a political race.

There is something wrong with her. Keep a distance. All women are sad once in a while and don't look like that. Look at her eyes. She looks like she's been abused for a long while.
