It appears someone has launched a complaint against free dominion with the Canadian Human rights tribunal.

>>>>The odd thing is she isn’t whining about what everyone would expect, she is whining on behalf of her poor Muslim brothers and sisters. I guess she figures they are too stupid to act on their own behalf so she will condescend to do it for them.
The most ridiculous part of all is her claim that she, herself, was discriminated against. She opens with that and afterwards does nothing but cite how mean Bill Whatcott is to Muslims. She actually states that she isn’t a Muslim, and never explains how it is that she was discriminated against. She only includes a couple of urls in her complaint. One is to FD’s front page, the other is a link to takebackcanada.com and the other is to a thread showing one of Bill Whatcott’s fliers
In the States, I would move to dismiss for lack of standing, but don’t know Canadian law.
Both have roots in Common Law, so it should work there too.

The CHRC is not a court but a Commission created to enforce an act. No Judge but a single individual who has the power of a judge in the cases before the HR tribunals. Note again this is the goal of the dems who want a hate crime law, to silence all who disagree with the 'progressive people' the 'tolerant people'.
Thanks for the links, Publius6961, and your support is appreciated. That damned CHRC is nothing but a kangaroo court, in my view. Maybe the publicity over this will wake some people up to tyranny.
Well, not quite yet.
It still needs to be acted upon by the priesthood...
Well then how about another BTTT
;-)
I’ll see your bttt and add a btttt
It’s dated July 16 and they give you 48 hrs to reply?? And to what “complaint” anyway??
“Ms ______ says you violated something or other.”
What a CROCK.
BTTT
So, in Canada, is there not Judicial Reivew and a judicial appeal process?
On second thought, I don’t it exists in UK either.
impersonating a public offical
making false reresentations
encouraging payoffs
blackmail
extortion
interesting
The CHRC is getting bolder in their actions and they have an end plan that free people should revolt over in my estimation.
The real fight here should be to best find a way to rid ourselves of these fascist political tribunals.
AMEN bump, my FRiend. AMEN
...You read my mind.
It is my understand that there have been some complaints filed by the 'right' side folks but they have all been dismissed as not valid complaints. Homosexuals and anti-Christian folk have been very successful in getting their cases heard. When the complaint wins they get the fine paid to them by the defendant. Nice scam huh?
Christian guy says he believes what the bible says and homosexuality publicly ....he ends up with six figure legal bill....a fine he has to pay to the poor 'gay' fellow or fellows who's feelings were hurt. No I am not making it up it has happened and coming to a tribunal near you soon.
This legislation must be stopped..It's perhaps the most important and destructive on our constitution than ever before...which is why its unconstitutional on so many levels (ie. whether it creates special classes of citizens, trumps the first ammendment for some, essentiall thought crimes, and whether the federal govt. has the authority to legislate on state matters.) But when you have liberal courts, all bets are off.
Our congressional Republicans that voted for this crap need to be severely destroyed in the next elections. I'd rather have a liberal to be voted out in some future term, for a real conservative.
Keep your eyes open..the legislation will surely be back -- Call your Senators!
I know it's a typo but anyone got that pic of Obama attempting to wear a cowboy hat.
