As long as that pig sits in the Senate, the Democrats can just shut the hell up. Dianne Feinstein and Hillary Clinton haven't been investigated and/or prosecuted for their criminal financial transactions either. William Jefferson (D-LA) is still serving in the House as well. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Teddy didn't get what he deserved but he entered a plea of guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident after causing injury. He received a sentence of two months in jail, which was suspended.
