Good. I hope the players can sue him. I also hope other prosecutors are paying attention, and that some of them might be dissuaded from misusing their authority like he did. The same should happen to Patrick Fitzgerald.

I think his resignation is designed to ameliorate his sins in the eyes of the bar......thus having a better chance to retain his law license.
