Yea, he’s admitted it now at least 10 times.
I expected it from Fox News, but thought Court tv would not cut to commericals.
I don’t see why Crystal’s ‘mental status’ is her ticket out of jail.
If she is crazy she should not have custody of her children. According to testimony yesterday one of them has already been sexually abused, or it is claimed. All the more reason to put her in jail and get her some help before more people get hurt.
If insanity can keep you out of jail then why is the guy who shot Reagan still in custody?
Well there is his DNA defense in a nutshell. He didn’t consider the DNA tests conducted that showed NO DNA of the players present, that showed other DNA present, and concluded that the only DNA present was over 3 days old as important.
“Is a death threat considered a hate crime? If so why didn’t they arrest that radical SOB?”
I sent an inquiry to the DOJ that same day, asking essentially that very question. TO THIS DAY, the only thing I have to show for it is the following system-generated response:
“Thank you for contacting the Department of Justice. This is an automatic acknowledgement that your e-mail was received. It will be reviewed in the order it was received.”
In other words, “Blah, blah, blah. We’re too busy with all of the other stuff on our collective plate. You know, things like putting hard-working Border Patrol Agents behind bars for doing their jobs, improperly firing Federal Prosecutors who fail to tow the party line, etc. We’re dealing with a lot of sh|t. Blah, blah, blah.”
Come to think of it, I might actually have gotten something else out of this inquiry after all, as DOJ has probably opened an investigative file on me for being a rabble rouser.
That is a crock he is claiming the information was not sculpatory (sp). It was not up to him to determine if it was sculpaltory(sp) it was his job to hand the dna information over to the defense.

If you’re thinking of Steven Pagones, he sued Sharpton, Maddox, & mason for defamation of character and won, although I’m not sure if her ever saw (or will see)a dime from any of them.

SOB, he did not take any steps one way or another to confirm that the dna was not that of the accused.

The media don’t want to talk about exactly how many DNA samples were found in Crystal. They usually say “at least 3” or “at least 4” samples.
Yesterday the lawyer presented a table with the location of the DNA and the various male sources. It looks like at least ten different sources - and they have only analyzed 11 of the 22 panels they were given!!!
Theoretically they could find even more DNA from men. It’s not all semen but it’s DNA in places you wouldn’t get it from shaking hands, e.g., her mouth and both nether regions.

WTH, he was asked what evidence they had on the accused during the grand jury.. he said he didnt know what evidence was presented.

I agree with you. Cooper kept referring to her mental state at the press conference. Truth is TPTB in Durham know about her. When they answered the call to the Kroger parking lot, one of the officers said something about “better check on the young’uns”. I don’t expect them to do anything until she self destructs. Then they’ll look for someone to blame & ask how it could have been prevented.
