The live blog entries at politico.com are pretty interesting:
“
David Mark in The Spin Room
Most of the presidential candidates at the debate have handlers and spinners. Sen. John McCain has with him a Senate colleague, adviser and longtime political ally, Lindsey O. Graham, Republican of South Carolina.
Graham was at McCains side throughout the 2000 Republican primaries, including the Arizonas senators well-recounted battles against the George W. Bush campaign. Look for Graham to do plenty of talking on McCains behalf post-debate. “

Perhaps that's because most of the (R) senators whose names have been mentioned so far are members?

Richard Viguerie never misses an opportunity. I just got this email:
The debate between 10 of the Republican candidates for President will be tonight (Thursday, May 3) at 8:00 PM Eastern time on MSNBC. This may be the last opportunity for some of the candidates to establish themselves, since the next debate on the Fox News Channel will be limited to the ones selected by that network.
Shortly after the debate is over, we will have several polls on ConservativesBetrayed.com in which you can express your opinion on who was the biggest winner and biggest loser in the debate, as well as which candidate you prefer, if any.
Well issue a news release to the national media on the results of these polls at 3:00 PM Eastern time on Friday, May 4. If you would like to have your opinion represented, please vote before that time.
Cordially,
Richard A. Viguerie

Excellent point.
At least we are not on TV running for office though.

Between the countdown clock and the commentators, I’m about to get nauseas from PMSBC’s melodrama so far.

Ohhh - great screen capture! We went to the Reagan Library last summer - it’s wonderful! Even got our pic taken at the door to Air Force One, doing a Ron & Nancy wave (only cost us $8.00!) We e-mailed a copy to my Dem brother-in-law.
