I just found something very curious (more like very suspicious) in the Comcast listings for Glenn Beck's "Anti-Global Warming" show of tonight. It looks like Comcast in the BayArea has 'deleted' the listing from their schedule, listing it as "To Be Announced". Note: this is only for today's show at 4&6pm (PDT). This also means that any listing so labeled cannot be recorded with your Comcast DVR. (there is not red button to click on to schedule to record). Also, Glenn's all important show today is the only program at CNN or HLN to be so designated and ONLY today's show is affected. Hmmmm. Anyone wanna guess just who at Comcast would want to 'delete' Glenn's listing for today? Uh, Someone in the alGore camp, maybe???? Any other Comcast customers in the BayArea experiencing the same 'deletion' from their listings?

OK, So I guess we can all put down our pitchforks and firebrands and go back to our villages. Sorry to get everyone so riled up. Hopefully it was just a delay in Comcast getting the info served up to their system and not some diabolical plot by the "algoristas".
Heads up everybody. This Glenn Beck Climate Change special coming up at 7 PM EDT. I often find Beck to be over the top weepy emotional over relatively trivial matters. However, I will definitely be watching this.

This is a really good show!!! Anybody that missed it watch the second airing. Makes Algord look like the “fool” he is when it comes to global warming.
Algore needs to learn that rising temperature causes a rise in Carbon Dioxide, NOT the other way around.

Summary is that Global Warming is real...it’s just not the problem it’s made out to be. They use fear to drive the discussion, try to silence scientists that don’t agree with the concensus so they can say that it’s a “given” and all scientists agree.
Algore’s movie was just an overstatement of problems and they noted he used the word “if” a lot. IF such and such, then the tides will rise this much; IF such and such, then people will die...problem is those IFs are so far fetched they’ll never happen.
Also good piece on Kyoto...it’s a disaster of a treaty, and isn’t being followed by even those that signed it (only 2 nations are adhering... Britain and Sweden.)
Liberals can't argue their case, so they pull out their all-purpose debate-ending trump cards (RACIST! HOMOPHOBE! SEXIST!) or, simply make up their own "facts" to support their stupid world view.
I liked the way he compared the scientist’s credentials (one who disagreed with Gore et al) to Laurie David (who said the debate is over). LD’s credentials? Married to a comedian.

I was watching the Glen Beck Global Warming special when, during the last 10 minutes of the program, a Comcast Local Edition program came on. (I live in Denver, CO.) It was an interviewer speaking with a city official from Littleton, CO where they proceeded to discuss all the great and wonderful things that the City of Littleton was doing to save the planet. I called Comcast and have requested that someone call me and explain their actions.
On another note, I have requested that Netflix carry the documentary “Mine your own Business”. I have requested it at least 5 times of the last 2 months. They haven’t responded to me nor have they added the movie to their library. Anyone else requested it from Netflix?
I haven’t seen Glenn Becks position on global warming but this is a great video on google. Check it out!

Comcast Philly does the same thing during Beck’s show. Even though they have their own network (CN8) for local news, they have to cut into Glenn’s show with two twenty minute segments on mundane local issues.
It’s so blatantly, obviously political it’s insane.
Oh well, time to switch back to DirecTV.
