Tucker just read a news flash, announcing that they will no longer simulcast Imus at all, anymore.
The day MSNBC puts Bill Bennett’s program on their airwaves is the day hell freeze’s over. IOW, it won’t happen. I’d rather MSNBC go under, so I don’t have to scan by that garbage on my TV dial.
Are you trying to blow up the internet?
Oops, see what you made me do?!?
Larry Flint produces female porn. Girls Gone Wild video for sale. Doesn’t mean that Brit Hume should get away with showing full frontal nudity on his TV show.
See how rediculous this Chris Rock, rapper comparison seems.
Also, not in reply to you, this forum gives so much credit Sharpton and Jackson. Please don’t be misled into thinking that blacks are mind-numbed robots who can only be told by their “leaders” that they are insulted.
Don't ask me, they're your words in your post to me and I wouldn't presume to try and determine exactly what you meant.
Cool!
The less talk radio in the world, the better!
I suppose it could just be a confluence of events too...
Je$$e made a fool of himself by saying MSNBC doesn’t have a black anchor on their airwaves. They have one. I guess we can surmise from his comment he doesn’t watch MSNBC either.
LOL.
It’s only a resume enhancer if one is a social conservative. Fiscal and law and order conservatives don’t get that little perk.
Who wants you banned?Nevermind.I love hearing from many sides.
Your honor, I give you Exhibit A of white guilt.
All anyone would need to do is read your fine post, Txsleuth. Thanks for watching so the rest of us don’t have to. Someday we’re going to have to pay for your ulcer surgery! LOL
Jackie Mason put it in perspective on Red Eye the other night. It was a sentence, not murder. You’d swear that Imus had mugged, raped, shot, burgled, beaten up, or something else in the heinous catagory. As nasty as it is to call someone a ho, I’m sure that these ladies have been or will be called a bitch. What will they do?
Why are these people off limits? They are celebrities.
I think what Imus said was stupid, but not enough to lose his job. I find the actions of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, Barack Obama, etc to be even more offensive. The suggestion that Imus should be fired, and that the network should make it up by hiring more Blacks reflects the true agenda.
>>>so I dont have to scan by that garbage on my TV dial.
It does not take much to delete it from your the list of selectable channels on your TV...
Imus already subtly threatened his employers with siccing David Boies on them should he be fired. I doubt this is over.
I wouldn’t be here if this place was an echo chamber.
Good to see you, fatima.
Corporate decisions have nothing to do with the First Amendment and are not bound by it. Don't much care about Imus one way or the other, but it reveals ignorance to think a private commercial programming decision is bound by the Bill of Rights. Sleep tight.
LOL...watch out!
Actually, it appears that he crossed swords with Senator Schumer from New York about a month ago, and now we know who is the real boss of the media.
