She exhibits the malfeasance and buffoonery of her party all at the same time.

WHAT was she thinking? You would have to assume that she knows nothing about these cultures to come up with this plan.

The Democrats believe that they are the masters of diplomacy. She, along with the entire Democrat Party leadership also suffers from BDS, so they will do anything that they believe will embarrass or undermine the President.

Right. The entire purpose of her trip was to try to show up George Bush. But if the Dems had the solution to Middle East peace, wouldn't Clinton have solved the problem in HIS eight years? We need to remember - and remind the libs - that when Clinton left office a new intifada had just begun, the planning for 9/11 was already underway, the Iranian and North Korean nuke programs were in full swing, and we were being told that hundreds of thousands of Iraqi women and children were dying because of the US/UN sanctions. And, throughout the Clinton years, we were told that Saddam Hussein posed a grave threat to the US.

WHAT was she thinking?

She was thinking that it didn't matter what she did or said, that the hatred of Bush has been so thoroughly inculcated into her base support and has bled so thickly through the American population through Democrat propoganda that no faux pas - no overreach - no one day bad story in the press could hurt her standing.

Pelosi is "doing" foreign policy for show. She doesn't care about foreign policy, the Democrats don't give a flying f about foreign policy. They have no interest in matters so esoteric as the survival of civilization.

The only thing important to them is getting back to the small-bore politics of the Clinton years -- manufactured crises that they never have to solve to retain power. They want to do lip service to get foreign policy off the radar. To them, the only game in town is universal health care (tax hikes), education funding (tax hikes), global warming (tax hikes and restrictions on personal freedoms) and the gap between "rich" and "poor" (tax hikes).

That's Democrat politics, and they're working hard to get back to that and off of this minor little nuisance like a religious movement that is trying to destroy our civilization. Thus this crap that lets them give lip-service to something they couldn't care less about.

Wow.. the POST called her to task for her behavior.... didn’t call it what they should have, which absolutely meets the definition of SEDITION, but they actually called her to task, I’m impressed. I’d expect the TIMES to have taken her to the woodshed, but the POST? They give the Dems/Libs passes on everything.... something strange is going on.

Nancy Pelosi is delusional and thinks she was elected President. Liberals are about being politically correct and feelings.
