Time to start firing liberal teachers unless they renounce liberalism.

This story is from the U.K.
The sentiment still stands. The ONLY reason this nonsense goes on is because it's paid for with OPM.
Dry up the $ with no strings attached, and this lunacy goes away.

It began when Mohammed was born.

This is radical leftist P/C brainwashing at it's most evil. If teachers do not teach pupils about the Shoah, it's like 'it never happened'.
Domestic jihadists and the neo-Nazi crowd is rejoicing over this 'victory'.

How about that the mosques drop what they're teaching 'cause I'm offended?

Then the mistakes will be repeated.

How about a federal law requiring the teaching in detail of all genocide in the 20th century -- Jews, Gypsies, Ukranians, and..., and..., and Communists. Yes, Communists. A friend from Russia said this, more or less, and I can't disagree: "Why are the Jewish people alone singled out as the population that underwent the Holocaust? Germans lined up Russians, asked Communists to step forward, and shot them. Many millions died, apart from the Jewish people." Teach it all.

Schools are dropping evolution from science lessons to avoid offending Christian pupils, a Government-backed study has revealed.
It found some teachers are reluctant to cover Darwin's theories for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Creationism.
Just to put things in perspective. The teachers have compromised themselves, it's just a matter now of deciding which boot they wish to lick.

My son was recently given a project to list the pros and cons of the "did we really land on the moon" lunacy. My daughter had to refute the statement that the 19 hijackers and other terrorists are more couragous than our soldiers in Iraq.

The researchers also warned that a lack of subject knowledge among teachers - particularly at primary level - was leading to history being taught in a 'shallow way leading to routine and superficial learning'. Lessons in difficult topics were too often 'bland, simplistic and unproblematic' and bored pupils.
School isn't supposed to be a big party where students are feeling groovy. This is shameful and it is an embarrassment to have teachers that not only don't know what they are teaching about, but don't mind distorting history to please a certain group of people.
