Ok..found my answer. He voted for exceptions.

Voted YES on banning partial-birth abortion except to save mother’s life.

It's no secret that I'm throwing all of my support behind Rudy Giuliani. Right now this is limited solely to the activism stage, but money is going to follow, and if possible, I'll volunteer for him in Texas as well.

Why do you think I didn't volunteer to run the ping list? I can see you're going to need some prayer for that one. Take care.

This is likely to happen.
***Gotta start somewhere. This is a little bit better than being born in a manger.

2) Delusional.
***Anything could happen. Perhaps a better choice of word for you would have been "fantasy". But to suggest it's delusional is over-exaggerated, which means that your side is starting to get shrill. That means we're making progress.

3) Newt endorses him
Not going to happen
***So are you some kind of prophet, claiming what is going to happen in the future?

4) Unlikely. All of the aforementioned groups would gladly support Hunter, however none of them are noted for early endorsements. Early endorsements are considered politically risky, as second endorsements rarely have the same impact.
***I agree this and other scenarios is unlikely. But it is early in the process and DH lines up with the base. None of the other 3 frontrunners lines up. That means that all kinds of unliklihoods are going to show themselves. If early endorsements are considered risky, then let them be. It's a time for social conservatives to show some mettle. And THAT is what generates return for the political risk.

5) Unlikely. Everyone makes gaffs...
***True, it's unlikely, see comment on #4. Same deal. The trick here is that Hunter is the REAL deal, whereas almost all the other candidates, Repub or Dem, are a bunch of phonies. Phonies are more likely to trip up because it takes so much energy to maintain a facade. We have the edge here.

6) Unlikely at best.
***That really is hilarious. McCain is the only one I was all that worried about. McCain is the only RINO for which I think Hunter is going to have to expend any real energy to outfox, and that is only because McCain has coverage from the left, among other things.

Pretty soon the Hunter supporters are going to be the ones saying that the RINO followers are engaging in Fantasy (note that I didn't say delusions).

Very well said. This is wide open territory we're in. Might as well back the real deal candidate who agrees with you.

Isn't it funny ~ some of these RINO lovers act like the election is next week.

Instant gratification freaks!

I'm in it for the long haul ~ Duncan Hunter all of the way!

Why not ask "When was the last time a polka-dotted alien from a star system in the constellation of Orion was elected president?"

Good job at attempting to discount an established trend by trying to marginalize its meaning, but you went too far into minutia for your own good.

And I'll say it YET AGAIN: I'm not discounting Hunter simply because he's from the legislative branch. I'm simply saying that it would be sound to factor that nugget of information into your evaluation of the candidates.

Isn't the chart and spam thing really a new low for FR? I'm so glad you noticed it too.

And I notice you were asked to let the freeper know where the chart was wrong, but, as you know, things don't work that way around here. Freepers are expected to give their source and that chart spammer refuses to give any.

It's a shame the forum has decided to let spammers take over the threads because it makes the site look like it's been invaded by 12 year olds.

Did you catch the two positive mentions of Hunter on Rush's show today by Roger Hedgecock?

Sorry, I wasn't referring to personalities--although it's becoming more and more apparent that a candidates' personality, family, religious affiliation, military service and other atttributes count for more in many voters' minds than where they stand on issues of major importance.

On the issues, can you discern any significant differences between the aforementioned Patrick J. Buchanan and your candidate, Rep. Duncan Hunter, leaving aside "national security"? (And please don't try to sidetrack this into who delivers the best oratory, has a winning smile, or worked for Nixon, OK? Stick with the issues you are concerned about.)

I'm afraid I don't follow Buchanan on the issues. So I'm not inclined to make that comparison. Any kind of side-by-side comparison would be obvious in its attempts at pushing debate to the corners. Can you show any differences between Hillary and Lenin on the issues? It's a form of argumentation by association. I'm not interested. Feel free to make the point you would have wanted to make, though, if that's where you were going with this exercise.

Crying about it might help.

Personally, I consider the people who post new threads non-stop about a liberal running for the GOP nomination to be spammers.

So I guess it all comes out in the wash, eh?

Caught one of them today. I hope they keep it up. Best way to get a grass fire going is to light a lot of little fires...

Oh, poor you.

Apparently you don't know the difference between posting different newspaper and magazine articles about the same topic and spam. Color me unsurprised.

Oh, right. I'm sorry. What's the web-word for someone who goes around posting things on a website that's contrary to the stated ideology of said website for the purpose of provoking or taking over by sheer volume?

I know there's a word for it somewhere....

Troll? Provocateur? agitator, firebrand, goad, incendiary, instigator, intelligence agent, noncooperator, operative, provocateur, provocative agent, provoker, rabble-rouser, radical, ringleader, spark, spy, troublemaker

I just love dictionary.com and its thesaurus feature.

Huten Duncar is a fiscal liberal/social conservative. That besides being a radical leftist the most unpopular straddle with the electorate. Ask W it's worth about 35% of the vote. He is a bank bencher wired in big -spending 20 year congress-critter from a gerrymandered district who has as much chance of being the next POTUS as Custer's Bugler.
