This is likely to happen.
***Gotta start somewhere. This is a little bit better than being born in a manger.

2) Delusional.
***Anything could happen. Perhaps a better choice of word for you would have been "fantasy". But to suggest it's delusional is over-exaggerated, which means that your side is starting to get shrill. That means we're making progress.

3) Newt endorses him
Not going to happen
***So are you some kind of prophet, claiming what is going to happen in the future?

4) Unlikely. All of the aforementioned groups would gladly support Hunter, however none of them are noted for early endorsements. Early endorsements are considered politically risky, as second endorsements rarely have the same impact.
***I agree this and other scenarios is unlikely. But it is early in the process and DH lines up with the base. None of the other 3 frontrunners lines up. That means that all kinds of unliklihoods are going to show themselves. If early endorsements are considered risky, then let them be. It's a time for social conservatives to show some mettle. And THAT is what generates return for the political risk.

5) Unlikely. Everyone makes gaffs...
***True, it's unlikely, see comment on #4. Same deal. The trick here is that Hunter is the REAL deal, whereas almost all the other candidates, Repub or Dem, are a bunch of phonies. Phonies are more likely to trip up because it takes so much energy to maintain a facade. We have the edge here.

6) Unlikely at best.
***That really is hilarious. McCain is the only one I was all that worried about. McCain is the only RINO for which I think Hunter is going to have to expend any real energy to outfox, and that is only because McCain has coverage from the left, among other things.

Pretty soon the Hunter supporters are going to be the ones saying that the RINO followers are engaging in Fantasy (note that I didn't say delusions).

Huten Duncar is a fiscal liberal/social conservative. That besides being a radical leftist the most unpopular straddle with the electorate. Ask W it's worth about 35% of the vote. He is a bank bencher wired in big -spending 20 year congress-critter from a gerrymandered district who has as much chance of being the next POTUS as Custer's Bugler.
