The folks who "run" the threads do the community a great service. They take the time and effort to have them up and running on time and they go beyond a simple post by keeping the discussion going. The member postings are usually polite cept for those who whine or are rude to the other participants. I think that thread stealing is bad etiquette but that's my opinion.
