I always thought Phil Simms was a dumb ass. He's proved it with his..."better to start on defense" statement. He barely got that sentence out and 16 seconds later, Chicago Bears are on the board with Hester's 92 yd. runback. BWHAHAHAHA! :-)

Well it is black history month, it is the first time a black HC has ever been in the SB, and will be the first time a black HC wins the SB. It's actually been suprising how little this part of the game has been discussed. Saw a political cartoon in the Daily Breeze (Los Angeles-Torrance) and it had Joe Biden saying "It's exciting that for the first time a black head coach will lose the Super Bowl!" while his aides sitting behind him hold their heads in disgust.
(bright spot - at least the losing coach can't claim racism...)

Really!? I thought Billy Joel's performance was startlingly sub-par.
