that is easy. Whoever kidnapped the boy missing in 2002 kidnapped this other boy and they escaped together and went to the cops. This should be interesting once we hear the facts of what happend.

This has happend before. Remember that boy Steven who was kidnapped and went missing for 7 years? The perv kidnapped another child and the boy who was than 14 didn't want the boy going through what he did so he took the boy and himself to the cops. The cops realized who the 14 year old was and returned him to his parents. It was shocking that a child could be still alive and right under everyones noses for 7 years!

The perv went to jail. I wish I hada link to that story, but I'm guessing this is exactly what has happend here.
