I noticed that there were a fare amount of young men celebrating in the crowd.

I could not help but wonder why they (the males) were not in one or the other U.S. Military uniforms and in Iraq helping to free their own people."

We do, but that's a more complicated situation. In some sense he's a mere figurehead for the real powers in Iran, the Angry Ayatollahs and Mad Mullahs, but in another sense he does have power, as long as he doesn't displease them.

So there' a whole bunch of 'em that need to swing. (I suspect in the end, they'll either be blow to hell, crushed by falling debris, or torn limb from limb by an angry mob. There's even a slight chance they'll get irradiated and glow in the dark, even after they die)
