What sort of questions are these!? How about asking whether the sight of Nancy Pelosi causes an involuntary gag reflex. Does the sound of Hillary's voice cause irreparable brain damage? Are the Democrats in league with the Islamofacists?
Great Broadway musical.
That's odd. My comments were as least as subjective and went through immediately.
I took the poll last night.
Question: My first thought about Oklahama?
Answer: The bombing of the federal building.
And, once again, we have the True Believers who decided to stay at home, or vote for the Lame-o-tarians in November, rather than vote for the GOP because they didn't live up to the True Believers' views, to thank for this sorry situation.
My first thought about Oklahoma? The Clinton Administration's squelching of a wider investigation into whether Islamic terrorists were involved.
See my post #44
I think you have made an excellent guess. I ALWAY
answer these polls with the Geo-Political part of my
brain in the ON position.
What is the purpose of that question?
Likely a control question of some kind.
My first thought was the musical. Second was that it would be a great place to raise a family and has a spaceport, but they wanted only the first.
"You're the reason God made Oklahoma, and I'm still missing you..."
BTW, the Left likes to complain about profiling and "domestic" spying and that kind of thing these days, but I don't remember hearing a peep from them back when Clinton was seizing the moment to blacklist and profile certain rightwing groups and expanding the government's intelligence gathering powers to monitor them. Louis Freeh was just certain that the future of terrorism was on the right. Talk about gettin' it wrong.
The G-men also intereviewed various talkshow hosts and severely limited what they could talk about on air. G G Liddy and Art Bell changed their subject matter instantly.
Second Ammendment provision to defend against an oppressive government.
How did their programs change? Art Bell is big on UFO's and paranormal. Did he used to be more into anti-government conspiracy stuff? Also, I wonder how the Pacifica radio people slipped through, as well as right-wing conspiracy types like Alex Jones. They're pretty down on the government.
God bless Amendment Two. Nevertheless, there are definitely some kooky rightwingers out there. The Clinton administration, especially Louis Freeh, was really worried about them. Freeh painted a picture of violent constitutionalists coming out of the woodwork, armed of course, around Y2K and causing all kinds of trouble. None of that happened though. The rightwingers turned out to be pretty harmless. Either that or the profiling, blacklisting, and monitoring worked. Either way, the Left's whining about those measures now while being silent about them then looks pretty hypocritical to me.
on any of the fill in the balnk answers I wrote "Zogby sucks"
What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the word Oklahoma?
That it's a state.
GOOD answer, and not surprised it was rejected.
LOL!
