That's what I thought (from observations on the I-81 corridor when I was there last summer; the entire I-81 corridor seems to be more conservative than the states it passes through as a whole - from Knoxville to the Canadian border and beyond)
Looks like Loudoun numbers are coming in (Wolf's numbers are adjusting--Loudoun is in his district)
You would think that with the marriage amendment winning, that would bode well for Allen?
