I know, exactly like 2004. I don't know if he thinks it will convince more people to vote, but it is annoying I know that for sure.
Major has been glum for weeks. Too much Kristol meth.
And most of them turn out to be anti-Republican. When I came on in Jan 1999, most of the forum was all that Republican as I got in a lot of fights supporting GW. :)
Anyone else having trouble with NRO's Corner blog? I get on, see the graphic for the title CORNER, then underneath there's a blank page.
I'm going to cancel my Netflix membership until then. I just also got caught up on Smallville. Now I have to wait a full week to watch a new episode of that show. Damn it.
I remember the gut wrenching feeling I got back in 2000 when Tom Brokejaw called FLorida for Al Gore and then a little later he had to come back on and say it was a bit premature! Man, was I ever mad because I had gotten so depressed during a workout at the fitness center, that I stopped and went shopping (the only short term cure for depression).
Right now CNN has 75% Red for Kentucky 04. Interesting:

Never watched Smallville. Many people at work have Netflix but I never tried it. I usually just go directly to Amazon.com. They have some great prices and deliver pretty quickly.

That would be huge if we can hold KY-04 by a substantial margin. Indicative of much to come.

I'm looking at ABC's wrap-up of the exit polls on their website, and what strikes me is actually that the Bush approval/disapproval numbers seem relatively FAVORABLE. Their wording is that "almost" 60% of voters voiced disapproval and "about" 40% approved the Pres' job - which indicates to me something like a 58-42, 59-41 sort of spread. That would actually be a step BETTER than the numbers the Pres has generally been pulling. Usually his job approval ratings tend to be around 38-62, 37-63 A/D respectively, going off the top of my head. I hope the math explains itself as quickly as it does to my overly-stressed brain, but this would indicate, bottom line, good things for the Republicans.
