Tell us what you saw today at your voting place.
I was surprised at work. I work in a large cube with a girl from Russia(Not a citizen-can't vote), a girl from Peru ( A citizen-does vote) and this man about 60 who wears white pants to work EVERY SINGLE DAY. Anyway....the (florida) Govenors race came up. Guess what? The two girls want Crist...the man wants the Dem Davis. I was pleasantly surprised with the girls....
Turn out report in SE Wisconsin Western Suburbs. I usually vote after lunch, today went @ 11:00 am local time. Total vote is approaching 1000, normally @ 500 to 600 when I have voted in the past. Turnout appears to be great in a generally republican area.
When I voted this morning here in Leesburg, VA, Four minutes after poll opening at 6 AM, I was about #30. I initially requested electronic voting, but there was one guy who looked totally befuddled at the single voting machine. After 5 minutes, I went back, requested and received the paper ballot and cast my votes for Allen and Wolf and for the Marriage Ammendment.
paper ballots and no problems with machines for us:-)
Since only 64% voted in 2004 and 60% in 2000 (presidential elections) I'd say you are right.
Hubby (reg. Dem!)and I went and voted in our small rural community (pop.300?)here in Tex. When we entered the polling place we were informed that it would take 15 to 20 min. as one of the two electronic voting machines was out of order. There was about 8 people waiting and knew most of them so had a good time waiting. Was approached by the poll judge to become a Republican poll for the next election! I told her to give them my name and she said she would. Both hubby and I voted straight Republican ticket! I'm proud of him as he usually splits his ticket but he said he couldn't stomach the Dems this year! (they got the other voting machine fixed while we were waiting)
Whoah! Can Nancy Pelosi and her crew be so close to a voting location? I thought there were laws against that! :-)
Voted around 9:30 am - Pittsburgh PA. Only one other person there. Voted straight R - one person there passing out Santorum/Swann flyers. Starting to rain now - its going on 1:00.
I voted at 10:45Am in Chardon, Oh (strongly repub) and I didn't have to wait, I was voter number 141(my precint is small)
Say a prayer for Dewine and Blackwell.
'Refuses to vote' is better than her voting for a DemRat..... but not by much.
The indoctination/brainwashing by the left of our youth has GOT to be stopped! Somehow, some way!

Our local moonbat's father told me that his daughter refuses to vote in the "BushReich farce election". He says she's sitting home getting drunk already. LOL
Hey Pap.....
Yesterday there was a frontpage photo in the Kingsport Times News with Webb and the president of the terrorist UMWA.
My important votes were McClintock for Lt.Gov. and that guy running against Gov. Moonbeam for Attorney General...Ben Stein called me and said not to vote for the flake, lol...
We watched 1776 last night, too. It was the first B'way show I ever saw and it was magnificent. The night I saw it (all the way back in '68, William Daniels was out sick so John Cullum - who plays the S.C. delegate in the film - took over the role. Fantastic performance!)
I think we are going to have presidential election levels of turn out once the absentees are factored in.
Fishers, Indiana at jr high school : 7:45am : light turnout ... voted conservative
I did the same during early voting, except that I took the time to also go thru and mark/select each Rep name using the E-Slate machine. I took great pleasure in punching that enter button while I pictured the ugly pusses of Nancy Pelosi, Dirty Harry Reid, Hanoi Kerry, Teddy 'Hic' Kennedy and various media slimes like Al Franken and others. I'm surprised one of the volunteers didn't come over and mention that there was no need to punch the button that hard....hehe.

I just finished voting in a small county at the National Guard Armory. Already 300 votes were cast with people still streaming in through the doors. Of course my state will be going primarily republican. I voted straight ticket. Generally I vote individuals, but the dims have made me so angry I voted straight republican.
Just got home. There were about 7 other voters there which is a pretty good turn out this time of day. I live in a small rather conservative town.
