Prosecutors Eye Ann Coulter Voting Probe
Conservative columnist Ann Coulter has refused to cooperate in an investigation into whether she voted in the wrong precinct, so the case will probably be turned over to prosecutors, Palm Beach County's elections chief said Wednesday.Elections Supervisor Arthur Anderson said his office has been looking into the matter for nearly nine months, and he would turn over the case to the state attorney's office by Friday.Coulter's attorney did not immediately return a call Wednesday. Nor did her publicist at her publisher, Crown Publishing.Knowingly voting in the wrong precinct is a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.Anderson's office received a complaint in February that Coulter voted in the wrong precinct during a Feb. 7 Palm Beach town council election.

In July, Anderson said, he received a letter from Coulter's attorney, Marcos Daniel Jimenez D'Clouet. The letter said the attorney would only discuss the matter in person or by telephone because, he complained, Anderson had given details to the media. Anderson said the matter had to be discussed in writing. <<

This was a stinking "Town Council Election". If she voted in the wrong precinct, how did she do it and how did they even find out? She's pretty well known. The whole thing sounds like a farce.

I actually believe that this will backfire badly on the prosecutor simply because this is Ann Coulter.
She has more 'nads than most Congressional Republicans and will take it to the prosecutor and the Dims in general.
She can definitely handle herself and I believe her eventual response will be worth the wait.
So accidentally voting in the wrong precinct is a crime? What about accidentally voting for Pat Buchanan?
The location of one's polling place, or the district from which you vote, is not the problem.
Voting in two or three locations on the SAME election day, or doing the same thing through absentee voting, is a serious problem, as it first overstates your individual importance, and secondly cancels out the honest vote of someone else who chose to play by the rules.
They often change precinct borders. If you're in the wrong precinct, they just won't have your name on the list, right? Maybe there are several Ann Coulters in Palm Beach County though. Sheesh. You think you've heard everything.
IMO, Conservatives should vacate this corrupt Liberal hole. Let Liberals feed on each other.
