Rush reports that a Cessna has been reported as crashing into (at least one) apartment complex in NYC Mannhattan's upper east side - on East 71st Street.

Exactly. The point is that right now we don't know if it's terrorism or not. I don't need Shep to tell me that there's no reason to suspect terrorism when that's always a possibility that's got to be ruled out in these kinds of things.
