That is a bit more than I normally pay for it in the store. At $3.99 to $5.29 per half gallon, it would cost anywhere from $31.92 to $42.32 for me to buy 4 gallons at a time. Of course, it is probably expensive to ship something frozen (and keep it frozen) across the country.

I don't have a link, and I don't have time to look. It was posted in the activists blog. He was saying that he had the plan in place, had even flown the kid out, and was ready to go when it got closer to the mid-term. (That may not be exactly right, so take a look at the post about the activists blog)

The GOP leadership didn't know anything about Foley's explicit IMs. Without any proof, they could not do anything about suspicions.

Sounds very similar to the defense put forward by Catholic Bishops when confronted about suspicions of homosexual priest abuse. Let's be clear: there was an obligation not to just await further proof but to investigate. Big difference.

All the rest of your points are about victims, their alleged handlers, their possible motives, sexuality. If the victims were under 18 YO, none of this matters.

The question remains, what did the GOP leadership know, when, and what did they do about it.
We'll see what the FBI investigation brings...

Yeah, but I think it would be really funny to have someone ask her to defend him.

Just a thought, what if Foley actually thought the boy was under 18 because he was told so and that's why he resigned but the boy was actually 18 and just collecting information to blackmail Foley?

Well getting a BJ while discussing troop deployments on the phone with congressional leaders wasn't enough to make another individual resign either.

Now forever immortalized as a "Lewinsky".

21-3.4 < 18

21-3.4 NOT = 16

Actually, his birthday is Feb 23, which makes him 21.7 now. Ergo...

21.7 - 3.5 = 18.2

as is becoming known, and should be the center of our attention, . . . some Dems knew the full extent over a year ago and endangered the kids by not saying anything.
Anyone who knew of a danger to a minor and did not act to protect that minor should answer for their action. That does not mean that you have to launch a nuclear warhead to kill a fly, but . . .

It is clear that Brian Ross and some Democratic politicians knew about what they now claim was a danger to minors a year before he broke the story.

The planted axiom of that year of delay is that Foley could be forced from office only by an election - that the Republicans would not cleanse their own house. It is perfectly true, on ample evidence, that the Democratic Party is very resistant to cleansing their own house. William Jefferson (D,LA) is an example, and WJB Clinton is another. But to act on the assumption that the Republicans would do the same in the Foley case is a smear supported by no substantial evidence and belied by the reaction of the party - and of Foley himself - to the actual revelation.

I am pointing out that while some of the IM exchanges may have occured after this page's 18th birthday, it is also fact that some occured before his 18th birthday. ABC is at fault for smeared Foley by claiming the later exchanges occured with a minor, when they did not.

I can definitely recall using AOL IM's in late 95 or early 96 - definitely.

"It does seem as if Tyson Vivyan was "wiped" from Google prior to his turning up on O'Reilly, doesn't it?"

Bingo! I was just channel surfing again and missed most of it (apparently) but got the part where they were discussing 2 pages. Don't remember one's name but the name Tyson Vivyan sure got my attention. The guy on CNN did say that TYSON VIVYAN is a LIBERAL DEMOCRAT. The other page has been both (D) and (R) but is now an Independent.

Imagine that a Liberal Democrat (that there is no record of) suddenly comes forth claiming he was once a page for Foley. Now saying that he was a victim inappropriate advances 10 years ago but has no proof. I knew that little twerp smelled big time.

I hope Rush blasts them today. I'm still hearing the word pedophile on the news in association w/Foley which makes me nuts. Fox is not even talking about the latest. They're talking about the time Foley was drunk and trying to enter the Page's quarters.

Speaking of Fox, E.D. hill is on. She reads the news like she is reading a bedtime story to her kids. Heck, on F&F she hardly ever let Steve or Brian get a word in now she's all sweet and motherly.

exposing a victim...

Okay. I gotta ask. A victim of what exactly? I watchin the media spin this as though someone was putting their hands down a 10 years olds pants for days, and I am getting a little sick of it. By ABC's own admission the kid was just prior to being and/or already a legal adult, and frankly judging from his IM's maybe a gay adult at that. So let's not start talking about this incident as though someone was propositioning a 5 year old. Again I ask. Victim of what?

Don't you folks get it. No one in the MSM cares. Drudge has been blaring the Foley teen was 18 and yet Dems out today on every network screaming hysterically that the GOP are Pedophiles and Hastert knew. The GOP are more worried about the cover-up then the Pedophiles in Congress. Who would have thought it the hypocrisy of trying on Morals to make political hay anyway, the MSM is in it for the Dems to win back Congress and Impeach Bush..
Bottom line only us wise guys get our news from alternative media. Non-Political big voting block of America gets its news from ABC, CBS, NBC, NYT, LAT in other words the MSM.
I think it could really be over for the GOP now. They can't get on top of this with America the damage is done. Prepare for Speaker Pelosi and John Conyers Impeachment trials. The effect to supress the Conservative base will be largely successful. What next you ask well with the Dem Congress our terrorist enemies will see it as a major defeat for Bush and complete vindication and victory for them. What the GOP fails to hysterically scream to America is that the Dem Congress WILL pull us out of Iraq. It WILL defeat the WOT because of its commitments to the ACLU. The Stock Market will crash. Our Taxes will be raised. Illegal Mexicans will get government cheese with my taxes and the DEMS will secure them as a future voting block. Then the ultimate betrayal, we WILL be attacked again this time by a Nuke or two funneled from PRNK or IRAN maybe across the southern border as the Dems retract the Fence proposal.

Millions of Americans will die and the twist from the MSM and the Dems will be it is all Bush's fault because he started the war, then they will proceed to give the answer that we need to turn control of our military over to the UN that way the UN will be the peacekeepers and for sure they will keep us safe because the know how to give the John Kerry Global Test to situations. Inevitably they will successfully rewrite history and Bush that Brave man that stood up in ACTION after 911 and waived his fist at our enemies and said you will hear from the might of America and has been nothing but persecuted from the left ever since well he will bear the brunt. I for one will stand with him like he stood for us.

Even Fox News (this morning, anyway) hasn't said a WORD about this non-minor pal of Foley's. Rush is talking about it, but crickets chirping everywhere else it seems....
