Setting aside the cowardice of these thugs to gun down a nun who was working to save these people, can you imagine the working conditions in a Mogadishu hospital?

Being a martyr for the faith is grounds for Sainthood. I hope the Vatican takes note of this woman's sacrifice.

Not our place. But I'd gladly second an F-15E armed with a nuke, and with an Italian in the back seat. Or just second them the nuke and let them deliver it with a ground attack Tornado. If that proves logistically infeasible, then I'd invite some Italian Naval officers aboard a Tomahawk equipped vessel and let them turn the keys. (Assuming we still have nuclear armed Tomahawks).
