El Niño Makes a Comeback
Of course it does - its an election year. Apparently El Nino brings the homeless with it, as they're sure to be making an appearance in the next couple of months.

From the University of Illinois website:
Interaction with El Niño
how hurricane frequency may be affected
Researchers continue to investigate possible interactions between hurricane frequency and El Niño. El Niño is a phenomenon where ocean surface temperatures become warmer than normal in the equatorial Pacific. (The chart below shows the anomaly associated with the most recent El Niño in 1997-1998.) In general, warm El Niño events are characterized by more tropical storms and hurricanes in the eastern Pacific and a decrease in the Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea.

Doesn't the Northeast benefit from this, as in less snow, cold and other winter nasties? Sure, we might have some water problems down the road, but what the heck.....

I understand that when Clinton was asked about El Nino, he replied that he'd never had sexual relations with that woman.

Guess what. I have a circa 1880 Atlas. It shows these hot patches in the Pacific and in glorious color. They're always giving us the impression that this is something new....like hurricanes in Florida. Same thing, different year.

YAY!! Oh. Wait. I'm not supposed to be excited about this? I live in Arizona so like the wet weather we get from this. I just don't like the heat the summer after.

Suddenly el nino appeared all over the news today. The puppet masters evidently need to cover up the pause in the decline of the price of oil.

I can deal with El Niño coming back.
I just can't handle El Reño, the former Attorney General who covered up multiply crimes by the Clinton gang.
If she ever tries to return to public office, she will face the same "angry" Floridians (like me) who despise her corrupt legacy.
