Since anti-war protestors outside President Bush's Crawford Ranch have been unsuccessful in their attempts to talk directly with the president, today they wrote letters to him, placed the notes inside helium-filled balloons and released them.
They hope the balloons will end up on the president's property, and he will read the notes.
Those balloons contribute to TERRIBLE litering. The environmentalists *should* be pissed. (but will over look this because of Cindy's anti Bush stance...)
Uh, oh. Are their environmentalist friends going to yell at them because of the damage those helium balloons can do to birds? I won't hold my breath waiting for that.
I'm hoping that she'll be presented with a hefty littering fine.....
Thanks for the info! Pictures would be great, but you STAY SAFE! Dont take any chances with these maroons, they are clearly nutty, and not in a good way.
Its very possible that this entire escapade will wrap itself up in a big hurry. What happens when President Bush returns to D.C.? What is Cindy et al going to do then? Buy property by the White House? lol
Btw, it must be very exciting to live so close to our President! :-)
Sheehan will be leaving Texas to go harass the President in DC this Saturday, with the pro-Hezbollah croud.
Well, as Larry Elders has pointed out, "If the left didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all".
I am going out to take photos of Cindy again this afternoon for the website (www.Crawford-Texas.org) When were you planning on going? It may be safer for both of us to go together. I should be at Camp 3 at 2pm and then will ride out to the gate.
Yes, I know about the phone calls to Tracy's house. I get phone calls and e-mails that are really bad from Cindy's followers just about every day since I'm quite outspoken on my website. I spent 21 days in the ditch across from her last year. I say bring it on... I can take it!
We will have to meet sometime Beth528. Have a safe trip.
I guarantee you she will try to vote in Texas and in California. Watch for it.
Sheehan's already leaving her post to go protest elsewhere...

Anti-war veterans to gather in Seattle
Sheehan, Perkins among speakers at event
By MIKE BARBER
P-I REPORTER
Anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan and best-selling author John Perkins will headline a who's who of peace proponents this week as the national convention of Veterans for Peace convenes Thursday on the University of Washington campus.
Arrest 'em for littering.
Guess the Texas heat is getting to Cindy!
Maybe Cheney will lend me his 28 gauge? OBTW: isn't that considered littering and possibly dangerous to wildlife.
That would be sweet. He's got a Cesar Guarini, wonderful gun.
And don't you have to be a resident for 60 days or something before you register?
And at least have a permanent dwelling? Or some proof of address?
She can't check out a library book without residency, so she shouldn't be registering to vote.
Hey if they come down in New England I can give her back her stupid note.
Being as these balloons could contain chemical or biological agents, I would suspect that the Secret Service would be duty-bound to shoot them down before they got on the President's propery.
