She suffers from Colmesitis.... they all say negotiate.... negotiate with whom? If you make a deal with the devil then we are all doomed.

"
The man is a crook and anti-semite and what he has allowed in places like Sudan is unconscionable. Of course, the whole UN is pretty worthless, period... so did you miss O'Reilly's interview with Bolton?"
Add Rwanda to that. 700,000 dead. He is a POS!

Is there something on TV that I'm missing? I'm not attacking, just trying to understand something that seems incomprehensible to me.I think for some of us it is entertainment with news thrown in. We love to see the antics of the reporters, the stupidity of some of their remarks, and it gives us a chuckle just when the world seems to be on shaky ground.

my SIL, the big Lib, said that to me. "We need to negotiate". I asked her with whom? She said Iran...I asked her if she means that this is actually Iran's doing? She says, "yes!"
So I told her that she just made a perfect argument for walloping Iran....shut her right up.

Where is Shep, near Haifa?
I have no idea where Shep is tonight, but he has been in the area of Kiryat Shemona most of the week. It's in the upper right hand corner of this map:

Live entertainment. You never know what will come out of some reporter's mouth.
Here is an example of Shep making a fool of himself. "Speculation that this has something to do with fighting along the boarder!" You only get that on live TV! LOL!

Hello,
Hey, glad to see everyone keeping on top of this, as I have about 4 or 5 days to catch up on! Wish I could stay this evening, but I am totally wiped out. Update: Mom finally stared eating today and should be released to a nursing home on Saturday if she continues to improve.
I am so looking forward to getting back to normal. The definition of normal is (of course) the ability to spend lots of time on FR.

"Not one reporter, not one that I've heard, has asked for proof of this 'claim.' "
They do not ask questions because they already have their stories written and ready for print/broadcast. Their stories are: Israel is the bad guy; the UN calls for a ceasefire; meetings were held, blah, blah, blah.
Too bad for reporters: the UN has a tough American Ambassador that calls them on their passivity; diplo-speak is being revealed as empty, endless rhetoric which solves nothing. Tony Snow takes names and kicks WH reporter butt. Finally President Bush isn't allowing them to write the script.
To: casino66
You are correct, I will put Greg Palkot with that group.
All three great.

He basically cut him up/off and went to Peter King who really cut into him, they didn't allow him to say much in rebuttal without jumping on him again. Didn't like him saying we shouldn't get involved because Hezbollah hasn't bothered us...

I take it your lack of posts in the past day mean that you are on your way home.

He looked that way yesterday when I saw him. I keep expecting him to start crying..........

Kofi...."and as I have said, Israel has the right to defend herself, but the excessive use of force is to be deplored."
Actually, what is to be deplored is you and your pathetic organization. They disgust me.
