And it's not with us, that's for sure.
Clinton, on the other hand, had Arafat as the most frequent guest in his WH.
Putin has to keep up good customer relations donchaknow.
wink-wink, nod-nod...
Drop that mother right on top of the head terrorist and blow is assets to smithereens.
So we can watch the aforementioned shows...over and over and over and over...and over again in case we missed any of the first multiple reruns! :-) LOL.
With all these people on the ground you'd think they'd go live as much as possible...it's not like the first few days when they had just one or two in the general area and it was harder to get news or something... Between Shep, Hemmer, David Lee Miller, Mike Tobin, Jennifer...and aren't there a couple others? That's quite a 'gang' in the area. Especially since Shep and Hemmer are used to being on camera for whole shows, and the other three carry things well (unless being interrupted by the one live person in the studio here in the middle of the night who'd like to get back to showing us a rerun...again...when there's actual breaking news)
:-) LOL
This looks like a commuter train. I haven't seen that reported anywhere. I'm sure the muzzies aren't precise enough to be able to target a train, but they probably had a pretty good chance of getting commuters and it's clear that this is meant to make Israeli work/economic life impossible.
Who knows what Putin talked about or gave to Hamas. Nothing would surprise me, including hearing he gave them military equipment.
There was a report on the TV earlier..that said that Hezbollah puposely put their rocket launchers on top of high rise civilian apartment buildings...thinking that the Israelis wouldn't strike them there...
Well, they guessed wrong..
I feel bad for your friends..and the people in Lebanon..but, it is the terrorists that are putting their lives in danger...IMHO>
What is the deal with all those repeats? I guess I can understand it when nothing else is going on but...
Is it too much to ask to have continuous live coverage of WWIII? (IF that's what this turns into.) What good is a 24 hour news channel if it's a 24 hour OLD news?
From an Israeli blog:
And You Thought Cleaning Out the Garage Was a Pain...
Try cleaning out the bomb shelter, the room you like to pretend doesn't exist, the storeroom for all of the crap that you don't know what to do with and you just toss inside.
I peeked in mine today, realized there was no light -- not a good thing -- and stuck a lamp in there. No need to replenish the water supply -- there was still plenty of mineral water in there -- left over from 2003 (anyone remember Saddam Hussein? Scuds? Anyone? Bueller?)

Can you link to that report?
That's assuming he actually makes the key decisions in Tehran, and I'm not so sure about that. I've heard the top Ayatollah actually has more power. But in the end, removal of the "psychopath" from office may be an informal element in a diplomatic solution.
Keep in mind that all the mullahs are getting even richer as a result of this war as the price of oil continues to increase. So they're not in any hurry yet to make a deal, and that's why this issue has gone to the UNSC to start the process of economic sanctions and making Iran pay a price for their stubborn refusal to stop uranium enrichment. As James Baker said, so far "we've offer all carrots and no sticks to Iran and the Iranians know this." Now we're about to see Iran get hit with some sticks.
Yep.

You reading the tactical situation any different this afternoon or do you still think Israel is going in? I am beginning to wonder myself, but it would be unprecedented for Israel not to take further action given the fact the have invested so much into the mobilization and closing Hafia port and pretty much shutting down shop north of Hafia.
They didn't, but President Bush did. Kudos, Mr. Presdident, for the straight talk!
I believe MSNBC showed clips of it early this morning.
Train depot in Haifa hit by Hezbollah rockets; eight Israelis killed
Nope...it was just an interview I heard from over there.
Thanks wolficatZ!
I think that report is very significant - I will be using that when explaining why they are hitting the civilian areas (to the denser people I may speak to).
