Actually, I was talking in terms of the allegations of financial mismanagement, not the fence design. But thanks for the bit of information regarding the change of approach with regard to the fence.

Why the stonewalling about opening the books? The American people..........especially those of us who have defended and supported the MM, deserve to know what's going on with the donations.

No judgements yet, but I find this deeply disturbing.
I admit I call folks OBL'ers when they just jump in threads and start attacking posters, and posting to like minded posters without discussing the issue at hand with facts and an honest intellectual discussion of the topic.
It seems certain folks post to get a rise out of other posters which self perpetuates.
You can call the AZ attorney general during office hours and speak with someone on the phone.

I think some posters here might have been getting some $$$ action. I can't think of any other reason so called 'secure-the-border' posters would be so vehemently against getting rid of the fraud aspect of their cause.
I'm hoping to get information from your group.

I question rationales and motives. I am no MM.
I have more than 30 years affiliated with the military and do get personally upset, as well as others do, when issues of soverignty are dismissed for $$'s and political affiliations.
Political Parties uber alles does not get you far in the real world. The folks who do the work and pay the taxes should get a say.
That is the representative part of representative democracy.
I also have faith that law enforcement will catch up with wrongdoers.
Sometimes appearances can be decieving.
Especially arguing over 4 month old videos.
Non profit organizations who function honorably don't have a problem with transparency.

My son is considering staying in now. He's almost 100% sure he'll re-up, but isn't sure what he wants to do after that.

LEt me say even though I disagree with the Minutemen I do not say all are frauds, But there has been problems with leading lights of this movement for some time. I am going to do a round up on my blog later. A few days ago, I intended to Travel to Jackson Mississppit ot confront Simcox about this at a public speaking engagement he was having in Jackson Mississippi. I was was unable ot go at the last minute. However this has been in the works for some time.
SOme of the very radical and sort of racist elements of this movement met and sort of spilled the beans on all of this at the Council of Conservative National convention in Indiana last month

As you can tell in this link the Council of Conservative Citizens was relieved that they were never "formally associated" with this group because of what they said was apparent Criminal activity.

Further there has been much more of a money making scam to this and will spread.
As much as would like to slam the whole movement over this I can't lol. In reality the Minuteman are not one organized bunch. THere has been too many splinter groups. The problem is that the politicians have been embracing the wrong folks of this movement on tv
So, this might just end up being a few but it is not the whole movement. But it will involve the leading lights of it in my view
