GAZA, June 29 (Reuters) - A spokesman for gunmen in the Gaza Strip said they had fired a rocket tipped with a chemical warhead at Israel early on Thursday.

The Israeli army had no immediate comment on the claim by the spokesman from the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, an armed wing of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas's Fatah movement.

More bad news if this claim turns out to be genuine. Israel's policy of boots-on-the-necks-of-Palestine has been a failure for decades. Their solution is more of the same.

To reply with nukes would be commiting suicide for the Israelis. The burst radius would cover part of their own country, remember that Gaza is very small, like putting a nuke in Central Park....and hoping that there isn't any damage outside of it....won't work.
