Democrats should answer questions before the mid term election. (Please add yours)

List of questions yet not answered.

You say it is possible to support the troops in Iraq but not their mission? How is that possible?

You refuse to identify the estate tax as its rightful name the death tax. Why?

You state that there were no connections between Al Qaida and Iraq prewar yet you ignored information from Operation Able Danger, The Harmony Database and Salman Pak. Why?

You state there is no left wing mainstream media. Is Bernard Goldberg wrong?

You stated Saddam could never be caught and Zarqawi would never be killed. Do you regret that?

How are illegal immigrants gaining access to our medical care including qualifying for government assistance bankrupting our hospitals while our seniors worry about health care coverage?

Why do you appoint judges that legislate from the bench that give lenient sentences to sex offenders, advocate for abortion rights, loath religion and don’t have a problem with the new eminent domain rulings that take away property rights?

Who would best represent the mission statement for your party? Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, John Kerry, Al Gore, Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, Jersey Girls, Harry Bellefonte, Madonna, Michael Moore, George Soros, Moveon.org, DailyKos.com, John Stewart from the Daily Show or all of the above?

Is it more important to teach political correctness and cultural sensitivity in our schools to children before the basics like Math, English and Spelling?

You state that there are military generals and soldiers that appose our President in Iraq. What percentage of the vote do you actually believe you will receive from our military after the mid term election?

You state you can keep America safe yet you give a pass to a congresswomen (Cynthia McKinney) that assaulted a police officer as she was stopped going through a metal detector. How does that make us feel safe?

You state you want election reform but when the idea of a national ID card was being presented prior to a US citizens being able to vote you disappear? Are you still encouraging illegal immigrants and convicts to vote?

Why do you fear the second amendment and why do you keep referring to our United States Constitution as a Living Document?

You blame President Bush for Hurricane Katrina. If there is ever an earthquake in California will you not blame the San Andreas Fault and call it Bush’s Fault?

Many Republicans during the debate in the House RES.861 have stated to you that the mainstream media has only focused on negative news stories in Iraq promoting failure. Do you agree or disagree. Would ever under any circumstance condemn that behavior by our MSM?

Last but not least who's ideology do you fall more in line with when viewing how we should fight the war on terrorism? The United Nations that ignored resolution 1441 and was involved in the Oil for Food Scandal or our President that is sworn to protect our country by following the Constitution of the United States?

"The Hiltons, the DuPonts, the Kennedys, the Fords, all seem to be doing OK."

Those families have invoked the use of "Foundations" which is a convenient tax dodge for the wealthy and powerful who have deemed themselves competent to impose taxes on many of the rest of us who actually work for a living.

Are you stupid, ignorant, or just not able to present yourself or your point properly?

I think that you are just funning us all here.

The Estate/Death/Inheratance Tax affects a impossibly small percentage of the poplulation.

It affects gifts of over 1,000,000 and estates over 2,000,000.

Proper estate planning will reduce or eliminate estate tax liability.

So we shouldn't repeal this tax which only affects a select few? An aristocracy would not be in favor of such a tax. If the ruling clas has it their way, this will be repealed soon. Of course, the ruling class is not party-specific. It's only when you get below the clouds that you can tell where people stand on issues. Funny how money makes straneg bed fellows.

Isn't making college tuition tax deductible a subsidy to the "rich." How are you going to pay for it?

It is an inheritance tax plain and simple.
Not so. An inheritance tax would be based on how much you inherit. But under the extate tax, if you have 19 brothers and sisters or if you are an only child the death of your parents results in exactly the same tax.

An only child would pay tax on a ten million dollar estate but not on a modest one million dollar estate. And the 20 heirs in a large family would collectively pay the same tax as the only child. Thus, the twenty heir who inherited an estate of one million dollars would not be taxed, but they would each only inherit $50,000. But in the case where the twenty heirs inherited a $10,000,000 estate, each of them would only inherit $500,000 - but they would pay a lot of it in taxes. Unlike the single child, who would pay no tax on $1,000,000. That's why they call it an estate rather than an "inheritance" tax.

As to the merits of either the estate or an inheritance tax, either one is the opposite of life insurance. If you love your children you are interested in leaving you possessions to them, but you do not necessarily want to give everything to them while you're alive because you don't know exactly how much of your possessions you will need in your own lifetime.

Art Linkletter said, "Old Age Is Not for Sissies." An estate tax adds to the burdens of old age.

Trying to keep my questions as neutral as possible, in hopes that they might be fairly, honestly, and intelligently adddressed by some liberals:

1. If simple use of the term "God" is "establishing a religion", then how do you justify government tracking "marital status", since marriage is a religious sacrament? Isn't government treating people differently based on that criteria flatly unconstitutional?

2. If one of our large failures in Vietnam was due to our early withdrawal, why do you promote similar early withdrawal from Iraq? Since the Marshall plan for Germany and Japan took well over a generation to truly make those nations powerful, wealthy and stable, why should we abandon Iraq before a 25 year presence?

3. Why do you promote socialist ideal for America, when there are many other nations with such ideals that you could move to? I want to live under a regime with rather libertine principles of limited government and self-support and personal responsibility, and no other nation on earth exists for me to retreat to if America becomes any more "progressive". Why are you trying to deny me any homeland in the world that shares my world-view?

4. Along those lines, liberals almost unanimously assert that they support the principles of diversity, yet they oppose such diversity when it comes to wealth and incomes. They also seem to want every nation to become more "progressive", and many promote the idea of a global government. Why is there such a commitment to universalist ideas, in direct contradiction to the principles of diversity?

5. Why is it so important to find some reason, ANY reason, to discredit the current administration? The "payback" impulse seems incredibly clear and rather childish, especially in the face of numerous actual crimes committed by Democrats (for example: Sandy Berger document theft, Patrick Kennedy's DUI, Cynthis McKinney's assault on a guard, etc) which seem to be forgiven and forgotten so quickly.

6. What do you say to someone who believes that a progressive tax system discourages economic success, that welfare subsidizes and therefore encourages more poverty, and that government is inherently (and incredibly) inefficient, and therefore less able to help the poor than the private sector? (One of my favorite liberal friends is a social worker who constantly laments the waste that she sees, and the good that COULD be done if only the government's rules were not hamstringing the system.)

7. Would you vote for a Democrat who believed that government should be smaller, more limited, and less involved in our daily lives?

8. Do you think that it is acceptable to pass laws that help promote blacks and females over whites and males? If so, do you think that passing laws that treat people differently based on the color of their skin are acceptable, as long as the right skin colors are "on top"? If so, then how is this different from Southern Democrats who supported Jim Crow Laws in the South?

9. Do you think that other nations have the right to prevent people from entering their boders, or to select which people are allowed to stay for certain periods of time? If not, what prevents a large population nation like India or China from "peacefully invading" a neighboring nation and replacing it's leadership?

10. If only government training can qualify and allow a person to handle a firearm, what prevents that government from misusing those armed persons against either their own population, or against other populations?

Thank you in advance for any thoughtful replies.

State and federal law allows for proper planning. Personal Responsibility....Remember???

Federal and state LAW allows?!

You just love the mental masturbation that the government put you through?

My father went through this bullshit to save his business to pass it to his children.

Yup. He had to COMPLY, like a slave, to a bunch of stooopid laws written by socialist and passed by a bunch of stooopid sheeple like some here that worship the government.

Personal Responsibility....Remember???

No need to lecture me on this. It is not about personal responsibility. It's about the stooopid friggin laws that people like you just love to embrace.

!Democrat's- In your simple minds is it ever OK to defend our country under any circumstance rather than using our soldiers wear blue helmets as traveling social workers with targets on their backs?

What other world political leaders besides France would say cut and run just as they are on the verge of victory after getting rid of a tyrant that supported terrorism?

Please read the law or consult a tax adviser before making such inane comments.

People like me???

The estate tax has been used for almost a century to regulate to transfer of wealth. This is not about wealth redistribution, this is about the taxation of income to an unaffiliated party.

Like I said before, why does the government get to tax you on your weekly/bi-weekly/monthly income, but not when you get 2,000,000 all at once???

A sole proprietorship is not an effective business solution for a company with assets over 2,000,000.

A lawsuit could result in a judgment that awards YOUR house and YOUR personal wealth.

A question for each candidate on the Dem ticket from Washington, D.C. down to every City Hall.

"Have you ever read the Democratic Party Platform? If so, what part(s) if any do you disagree with?"

I'll bite... Because it was already taxed! And you want it taxed again. Brilliant! The Democrats like the idea too.

Here is the six point strategy for the Democrats 2006 mid term election

found at http://www.dnc.org/agenda.html

1. Honest leadership

2. Real Security

3. Energy Independence

4. Economic Prosperity & Educational Excellence

5. A Health Care System that works for everyone

6. Retirement Security

Is there one point out of the six that we haven't covered the Democrats absurdly conduct of behavior surrounding these so called strategic plans yet?
