You say it is possible to support the troops in Iraq but not their mission? How is that possible?

You refuse to identify the estate tax as its rightful name the death tax. Why?

You state that there were no connections between Al Qaida and Iraq prewar yet you ignored information from Operation Able Danger, The Harmony Database and Salman Pak. Why?

You state there is no left wing mainstream media. Is Bernard Goldberg wrong?

You stated Saddam could never be caught and Zarqawi would never be killed. Do you regret that?

How are illegal immigrants gaining access to our medical care including qualifying for government assistance bankrupting our hospitals while our seniors worry about health care coverage?

Why do you appoint judges that legislate from the bench that give lenient sentences to sex offenders, advocate for abortion rights, loath religion and don’t have a problem with the new eminent domain rulings that take away property rights?

Who would best represent the mission statement for your party? Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, John Kerry, Al Gore, Code Pink, Cindy Sheehan, Jersey Girls, Harry Bellefonte, Madonna, Michael Moore, George Soros, Moveon.org, DailyKos.com, John Stewart from the Daily Show or all of the above?

Is it more important to teach political correctness and cultural sensitivity in our schools to children before the basics like Math, English and Spelling?

You state that there are military generals and soldiers that appose our President in Iraq. What percentage of the vote do you actually believe you will receive from our military after the mid term election?

You state you can keep America safe yet you give a pass to a congresswomen (Cynthia McKinney) that assaulted a police officer as she was stopped going through a metal detector. How does that make us feel safe?

You state you want election reform but when the idea of a national ID card was being presented prior to a US citizens being able to vote you disappear? Are you still encouraging illegal immigrants and convicts to vote?

Why do you fear the second amendment and why do you keep referring to our United States Constitution as a Living Document?

You blame President Bush for Hurricane Katrina. If there is ever an earthquake in California will you not blame the San Andreas Fault and call it Bush’s Fault?

Many Republicans during the debate in the House RES.861 have stated to you that the mainstream media has only focused on negative news stories in Iraq promoting failure. Do you agree or disagree. Would ever under any circumstance condemn that behavior by our MSM?

Last but not least who's ideology do you fall more in line with when viewing how we should fight the war on terrorism? The United Nations that ignored resolution 1441 and was involved in the Oil for Food Scandal or our President that is sworn to protect our country by following the Constitution of the United States?

I, for one, am sick of the debate on the "estate" tax.

Both "death" tax and "estate" tax are both fundamentally wrong.

It is an inheritance tax plain and simple.

If the feds tax you when you are paid by your job, than shouldn't you be taxed when you do nothing and are still paid?

The IRS allows a one-time gift tax-free when the donor and recipient are still alive. I think it is 35,000 or 50,000. I will look it up later. Why when you die should you be able to give without the proceeds being taxed?

The Hiltons, the DuPonts, the Kennedys, the Fords, all seem to be doing OK.

I have a question about the estate tax--isn't it only if the inheritance is over a million? We had a death in the family recently and that's what the lawyer told us. Just curious, because it seems like one of those issues that affects a select few. Of course, on principle it affects all, but I was just curious.

Hmmm, let's see. If I had to ask some questions, they might go something like this:

1. Just because the generation that produced John Kerry, Billy and Hilly, Howard Dean and Al Gore lost the war in Vietnam, does this mean America should lose EVERY war it gets into just so they don't look and feel stupid(er)?

2. Your list of military "experts" (having served,in any capacity, apparently qualifies you for the job of Commander in Chief)includes the following;

John Kerry, Al Gore and Max Cleland. If I recall;

- Kerry asked for four deferments, and then finally
bowed to the inevitable and volunteered. When he
finally made it to 'Nam, he spent four months
collecting self-inflicted wounds and then writing his
own commendations for them.

- Gore was a correspondant for Stars and Stripes, which
means he fought his war behind a typewriter, and his
worst fear was a massive papercut.

- Max Cleland was also a REMF, who blew off three of his
own limbs with his own grenade while climbing a tele-
phone pole.

The question; how is it that democrats who have never experienced combat, or who have wounded themselves multiple times, are mystically better qualified to lead the country in time of war?

Mark Warner, former dem governor of Virginia and a contender to carry the flag for the dems in the 08 presidential race, dynamited the Rappahannock river dam at Fredericksburg for the benefit of one stupid fish which was unable to deal with the dam. The people of the region had a beautiful river to swim and fish and run sailboats in and now all they have is a miserable creek. This and the familiar litany of horror stories about wolves being released into the south 48, farming communities being destroyed for snail darters, logging industries being destroyed for "spotted owls" and on and on lead observers to ask:

Is there any point at which the needs of people will take precedence over the perceived needs of even the most insignificant animal subspecies amongst demokkkrats?

For that matter, these same tree-hugging fools who resolutely refuse to allow us to drill for oil off of Florida and California or in Alaska are putting our nation at economic and military risk by their pathological activities. Aristocracy my a$$! The estate tax doesn't just target Hilton, Dupont, and other mega millionaires. Most small business owners and family farms have total worth of over $2 million and often surviving family members have to sell the business or farm to pay the government estate tax. Why does the government deserve that money? They already taxed the owner of the business once for all he/she owns so it's double-taxation.

This monstrosity of a tax has got to be repealed!

Yikes!!! The assumption would be that any value outside the business would be deeded out to the surviving spouse through real estate and investments. If any small business owners and farmers have not incorporated and have left all of their assets vulnerable through a sole proprietorship style of business then they are responsible for the consequences of their inaction. And the last time I checked, the "inheritance" tax was not 100%.
