Actually, I do. What I remember was that he wrote a number of articles against the ownership of handguns.
At least it went to trial. The jury was deadlocked, he got a mistrial, and it wasn't re-tried.
I can guess the composition of the jury, thank you.

Catherine Davis, a human resources manager who has never held elected office, said she is running because McKinney's "dismal legislative record and her outrageous behavior are an embarrassment to the hard-working folks in my district." McKinney represents Georgia's 4th Congressional District. She sounds good! Anybody here live in the district? (I don't even live in Georgia, but I'd love to think of somebody running against the idiot McKinney - and beating her!)
