Santorum calls Casey a 'thug' in residency flap

U.S. Sen. Rick Santorum (R-PA) called yesterday Democratic candidate Bob Casey Jr. a "thug." Santorum accused Ed Vecchio, the husband of the Penn Hills Democratic Party chairwoman Erin Vecchio, a Casey operative, noting that he trespassed on his property and looked into his windows. The incumbent also blasted the Casey campaign of "writing press releases in support of that kind of activity." Santorum said on WILK-AM's Sue Henry Show said that Casey should start acting like a candidate instead of a thug. Casey fired back, calling Santorum's charges "false and malicious," describing Santorum's actions as "weirdness."

Well, I'm glad you haven't been zotted, yet, because you point out some strange things about Santorum.
This whole residency thing has really gotten under his skin, which makes one wonder if there isn't something to it.
Morphing into Ann Coulter won't help him much, either.

If Santorum is right about Casey, it sounds like it's Casey that has the problem. It's called voyeurism, and/or support for it, and that's illegal. Pretty much anyone who engages in illegal activity can be called a "thug", as far as I'm concerned.
