BUSH SET FOR IMMIGRATION SPEECH WHITE HOUSE President Bush is getting set for a prime-time speech on Aides note the 8 p-m, Eastern Time, speech will be the president's first from the Oval Office that does not involve Iraq and the war on terrorism. And they say that reflects Bush's He's speaking as the Senate is poised to clear a compromise measure including his idea for a guest worker program. However, a rival House bill is limited to a border crackdown, and meshing the two won't be easy. Stand Up For America ! |

Bill O'Reilly just announced that he would call for a national boycott of Mexico if they sue the U.S. over the National Guard on the Border.
O'Reilly - did just that against France for their totally unacceptable actions in the beginning of the Iraq War.
O'Reilly's radio and T.V. reach is huge - largest national audience on T.V. News/Commentary and his call for a boycott of France was documented as being highly successful. The French Government made much note of it.
If any of this happens - we could join in and persuade every Radio and T.V. talk show host to join in. Plus do the best we can to get our thousands upon thousands of contacts to rally around the flag and BOYCOTT MEXICO totally.

"Of course those who disagree can call it amnesty or shamnesty or anything they want. I really don't care."
Hey Jorge. Let me explain to you when it's not amnesty. It's not amnesty when they go back to their country of origin and apply for either citizenship or a work visa through the already established protocols. There now, wasn't that easy? Have I missed something here? No? I thought not.

Imagine if they had the MECHA motto "for those in the race everything, for those outside the race nothing.
Or La Raza which is "The Race"? How many tax dollars do they get? That is the irony and fallicy of all these "racism" charges from those who support open borders and illegal alien amnesty.
See if your Senators are voting as heroes or villains ... then, phone them with your response
YOU'LL BE SURPRISED HOW SOME OF YOUR SENATORS ARE VOTING THUS FAR ON AMENDMENTS TO THE GIANT AMNESTY BILL (S. 2611)
I want to give you a quick snapshot of the voting to help you with your phone calls that are needed immediately.
Few things are quite as influential as phone calls from constituents commenting on a Senator's vote soon after it is cast.
Please call today, Thursday and Friday.
So, I am lifting up for ridicule, scorn or praise the Senators who I think most deserve it right now. If one or more of your Senators is in this list, I hope you will really try to take time this afternoon to call an office and register your opinion.
If you get a busy signal at the DC office, immediately try one of the offices in the home state. Make sure all the staff know if the votes are angering or pleasing the voters.
(Lists of Heroes and Villains are below the following instructions for action.)

THIS WEEK'S WORST OF THE WORST ENEMIES OF THE AMERICAN WORKER

Graham (R-SC)
Gregg (R-NH)

The Senate is full of people who believe that American workers should have to compete with millions of imported foreign workers.
But on the Sen. Bingaman amendment to put some limits on the damage to the American worker, the 18 Senators above showed that they apparently have no limits.
Those 18 Senators voted to keep in the bill a provision that the Heritage Foundation announced on Monday would allow corporations to import more than 130 million foreign workers over the next 20 years!!!
Senators McCain and Kennedy are responsible for the original language that would have led to such an absurd conclusion. NumbersUSA has been railing against that provision for a year. But when the Heritage Foundation widely publicized the numerical impact on Monday, most Senators began to be concerned that the bill might be far more radical than they had realized.
Sen. Bingaman (D-NM) offered an amendment yesterday that would cap the guestworker program at 200,000 a year, allowing 2 million over 20 years instead of more than 130 million. We definitely don't want 2 million guestworkers, all of whom would be allowed under S. 2611 to become U.S. citizens. But the amendment showed some sanity.
I hope you will call the offices of those 18 Senators and let their staff know what you think about their insistence on giving corporations another 130 million foreign workers -- on top of the nearly 50 million foreign workers and dependents who already are here.
Just so you get your facts straight: The 18 Senators above voted to table (kill) the Bingaman amendment, which would have left the 130 million extra foreign workers in the bill.
These 18 Senators apparently would do anything the U.S. Chamber of Commerce asked them to do, regardless of what their constituents thing. Or would they? Your incredible outpouring of phone calls today and Thursday and Friday might just change the minds of some of them.
(When the 18 failed to table the amendment, it then passed on voice vote.)
HIDING?
Cochran (R-MS)
Lott (R-MS)
Rockefeller (D-WV)
If you live in Mississippi or West Virginia, find out why these three are not voting on any of the amendments.
Rockefeller has a history of avoiding tough immigration votes because he is torn between following Democratic open-border leadership and the overwhelming wishes for immigration restrictions of the West Virginia voters (as represented so well by the state's other Democratic Senator, Robert Byrd).
If we are to have any chance of blocking this terrible amnesty on the final vote, we are probably going to have to have Cochran, Lott and Rockefeller.
They need to hear from all of you who live in their states -- now.

You are going to see some names on that list that you usually don't see when we are praising Senators.
But praise where praise is due.
Chief hero in this fight was Sen. Dorgan (D-North Dakota) who is one of the five best immigration-sanity champions overall in the Senate.
Dorgan introduced an amendment to kill the guest worker provisions of S. 2611 entirely.
The 28 Senators in the list supported that effort by voting against a motion to table the amendment.
It was gratifying to see so many Democrats, for a change, living up to their reputation of supposedly being the champion of the working classes. Many of the Democrats on this list have been big supporters of amnesties for illegal aliens. It is assumed that even though this bill still has the guestworker program that they opposed that they will vote for the bill in the final ballot because they want an amnesty so badly.
When you call to praise them for trying to kill the guestworker program, urge them to be consistent and vote to kill the amnesty which will keep million of illegal aliens in unfair job competition with present American workers and will entice millions more illegal aliens to compete in the future.
Probably the biggest applause has to go to the few Republicans who totally defied the U.S. Chamber of Commerce (which usually has such a stranglehold on the Republican Party) and voted to kill the new mass guestworker program that will allow all to become permanent residents. Give a special thanks to Republican Senators Coburn, Dole, Inhofe, Roberts, Sessions, Talent and Vitter.

These 55 Senators voted against the amendment by Sen. Isakson (R-GA) that would have at least held off granting amnesty rewards to illegal aliens until after it could be certified that our borders are secure.
Since most of the supporters of amnesty claim they are equally in support of secure borders and enforcement against future illegal immigration, one would think they would be fine with guaranteeing that the security and enforcement provisions don't get left unimplemented as happened in the 1986 amnesty.
But the 55 Senators above said, "No way. Amnesty first and then you guys can just wait and see if any enforcement ever happens in the future." OK, nobody actually said that, but that's what I infer.
The vote on the Isakson amendment will probably be the clearest vote on S. 2611 to show you which Senators are the most supportive of amnesties and of helping illegal aliens.
If your Senators are on the list above, ask them why they were against the amendment. To support this amendment was not to even oppose amnesty but to say it has to come after enforcement. The 55 above wouldn't even go along with that. They are Amnesty Above All.
If we are to block S. 2611 in the final vote, we probably are going to have to win over at least five of the people on that list.
Maybe if you hammer them hard enough, you can deliver five!
Why is rewarding illegal aliens so much more important than the security of our country with these Senators?

If these 40 Senators, plus 1 more would vote against the final bill, we would block its passage.
But you can't read too much into the fact that these Senators voted to require border security before they hand out the amnesty.
Nonetheless, this vote for the Isakson amendment is a sign that these are our most likely allies.
Because giving an amnesty and rewarding illegal aliens is such a high priority of the national Democratic Party, I want to especially salute the Democrats who opposed their Party and stood for security ahead of amnesty. Give especially high praise to Democratic Senators Byrd, Conrad, Dorgan, Landrieu, Nelson (NE), Stabenow and Wyden. If you live in their states, it is essential that you keep them on the NO side on the overall bill.

According to what I've read, the complaining is coming from, and on behalf of the Mexican government. I would like to see what area of law the complaint would be based upon, if any. If it's filed, which I doubt, I'll see it.
When I first read it, I thought he was replying to Bush.
I just hope, we never see Mecha, or Aztlan's end gane. But, That's the risk, our "Bloviating Fiddlers" in Washington, appear to be taking with an inundated Southwest of illegal aliens.
Thanks that was good. Ironic too, was that the poster's name that reply was meant for was 'Jorge'. LOL
Wednesday, May 17, 2006 INVASION USA New Senate solution: Fence and citizenship Lawmakers vote for 370-mile border barrier but keep process for illegals to become legal Posted: May 17, 2006 5:00 p.m. Eastern
© 2006 WorldNetDaily.com The U.S. Senate today approved an amendment to the immigration reform bill that would direct the building of a triple-layer fence along 370 miles of the southern border with Mexico. The 83-16 vote included a call for 500 miles of vehicle barriers. Construction of the fence would send "a signal that open-border days are over. ... Good fences make good neighbors, fences don't make bad neighbors," Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., is quoted by the Associated Press as saying.
Session noted border areas where barriers already exist have enjoyed a reduction in crime and improvement in the economy. Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill., opposed the fence, saying, "What we have here has become a symbol for the right wing in American politics," adding that if the fence were ultimately approved, "our relationship with Mexico would come down to a barrier between our two countries." The Senate today also voted down an attempt to remove from the larger bill a provision giving illegal aliens in the U.S. for more than two years a path to become citizens. The proposal to remove what some lawmakers consider amnesty was defeated 66-33. Earlier today, the Senate OK'd a measure that would bar illegal aliens with criminal records from becoming legal residents or U.S. citizens. Though the immigration-reform measure nearly died last month, observers see it passing the Senate in some form next week. The current House version of the bill does not include the privilege for illegal aliens to eventually become citizens. As WorldNetDaily reported, some border-activist groups have made plans to build border barriers with private money since the federal government to date has been reluctant to do so.

IMMINENT TIPPING POINT: WHICH DIRECTION?
By Frosty Wooldridge
May 15, 2006
NewsWithViews.com
On the night of April 18, 1775, Paul Revere rode his horse from Charlestown to Lexington to warn American forces of advancing British troops. The poet Longfellow thrust the legendary ride into folklore with, The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere. Other unknown patriots including William Dawes also rode to warn of the danger facing the American militia. Their efforts promoted a successful campaign that allowed the creation of the United States of America.
I will ride at midnight to warn the Militia and Minutemen of the towns about the approach of the British Redcoats once we have lighted the one or two signal lanterns in the belfry of the North Church. Paul Revere to patriot leaders and activists--Warren, Church, Dawes and Prescott in April 1775 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Paul Revere warned his fellow patriots. He and his militia succeeded. They carried out their duty to God and their country, in their time. Reveres ride is known as a tipping point, whereby his action tipped the country toward a successful confrontation against the British. Enough people arose in the colonies to create a critical mass that revolted against the British. In his brilliant book, The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell, America stands, once again, at a tipping point in the 21st century. It could be defeated by illegal immigration or it could stand against it and turn against the Mexican invasion to preserve freedom, this republic, the environment and our way of life.
After Americans won their freedom, James Madison, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin and other founding fathers created this nation and its unique Republican form of governance that has stood the test of time for 230 years. Never before in the history of the world have so many from every walk of life enjoyed so much personal freedom to work, worship and pursue their right to happiness.
However, America stands at a crossroads. It either controls its sovereignty by maintaining its borders against illegality or it suffers the consequences of massive population overload, balkanization, accelerating crime, educational breakdown, water shortages, economic ruin and loss of the Middle Class. In other words, the United States could become another Third World country. Which way will it TIP? Which way of life will become mainstream for us and our children?
Therefore, like Paul Revere in 1775, new patriots step forth such as Jim Gilchrist and Chris Simcox of the Minutemen in Arizona. New patriots who can talk stand forth like Peter Boyles, Terry Anderson and 92 year old George Putnam in Colorado and California. Jan Herron, Ezola Foster, Bonnie Eggle, Barbara Coe, Pat Saye and Judy Singer work as hard as Betsy Ross. Andy Ramirez, Peter Gadial, William Gheen, Glenn Spencer, Buddy Bishop, Luca Zanna and Lupe Moreno work passionately for their nation. None of them will be heroes to more than their families, but they preserve their country. Modern day sentinels stand guard at web sites and computer terminals across the nation. Immigration groups organize with greater power and passion.
Like those who served to bring this nation into being, todays patriots ride to warn the nation in the early years of the 21st century. In the summer of 2006, please welcome brave men and women on modern day iron steeds that ride through hamlets, towns, cities and states to warn citizens of the ongoing invasion of illegal aliens across Americas borders.
These modern-day Paul Reveres carry instructions on How to Stop the Illegal Alien Invasion and will visit all 48 states and capitols on their way to Washington, DC. Yes, they ride motorcycles instead of horses, but their message echoes Reveres ride.
For over 230 years, Americas soldiers did not die for open borders. The Paul Revere Riders stand as sentinels, as patriots, as mothers and fathers that stand for their families, their country and God. When they pass by your town, give them a cheer. They carry the hopes and dreams of all Americans who love life, liberty and the American Dream.
We will ride, as our forefathers before us, to warn Americans in 2006 of this destructive invasion of lawless foreigners that commandeers our American Republic.-Frosty Wooldridge to patriots to preserve the American Republic.
Conviction without action is worthless; conviction with action changes history. Paul Revere led the way in his time and we carry the torch in our time.
We need you to organize in your state in conjunction with the ride. We need to be received at your state capitols with PA systems in place or parking lots in your cities. We need motorcycle clubs, RV clubs, antique car clubs, knitting clubs, sports clubs and more to add to the line of volunteers who stand for their communities, states and nation. We expect not hundreds, but thousands of motorcyclists to join in this tipping point because the more we add, the greater the pageantry, the greater the impact, the faster the tipping point.
This is not a game fellow Americans. Your country stands in the crosshairs of history. You either act now or watch this nation devolve into the nightmare that is Paris, France or Los Angeles, California. You either act now or watch our English language and national anthem be turned into foreign gaggles, which will split this nation into linguistic confusion, conflict and violence.
Instead of tipping toward fracturing our country, lets work toward peaceful solutions by reclaiming our nation. We must secure our borders from this Mexican invasion. Once weve reestablished our house, a strategic plan for coaching other countries toward their success and prosperity can be implemented.
You either act now or watch this nation explode by 300 million by mid century. That alone will degrade the American dream into a Third World nightmare.
We stand at the tipping point in history. We either secure our borders or lose our country. How do you do it? Start where you are! Explore what you can accomplish with your talents! Make a goal that you know you can achieve! Lock on to your vision! Keep a powerful positive attitude! Whatever your talent, bring it to this moment in history. Join with others like Betsy Ross, Paul Revere, Thomas Jefferson, William Dawes and others who created a tipping point.
If you think youre too small to make a difference, you havent been in a tent with a mosquito!
At this moment, your senators close in on a guest worker amnesty that will devastate this country with 20, perhaps 25 million illegal aliens being given a path to citizenship. That path includes their wives and children joining them in our country. We could be deluged with 50 million people when all is added up. Please join www.numbersusa.com and become a faxer and phone caller of pre-written letters. You can stop this invasion.
