I don't get why this guy got a trial at all. He should have been forcefully interrogated until he gave up all useful information then taken out back and shot.
All Islamic terrorists and those who actively support them should be shot on the spot and buried in unmarked graves, without the benefit of lawyers, due process, and appeals.
The President should order Moussaoui taken into military custody, then have him executed on the spot. Perhaps he could even personally shoot him in the head and put the video on worldwide television.

Like I said, anyone who believes in protecting the lives of these Jihadists is a traitor.
It seriously pains me that there aren't millions of dead Moslems as a result of 9-11. The idea that this one - who deseves to die more than any other - lives fills me with unimaginable anger.

Thank you. Life without parole does not suffice to punish this man, and neither does his one death by execution. Only the Almighty can adequately punish someone like this.
But mortal justice is not to make him suffer in like measure as three thousand victims; that is impossible. Mortal justice is designed to take a stand, before the whole world, as to what we deem deserving---or not---of the very meager portion of oxygen and space that any man can continue to enjoy in our midst.
In other words, the death penalty is not simply to take from him his existence, but his co-existence with us.
And life without parole tells the world that we are morally feeble enough to accept his co-existence with us.
So let no one console themselves that this man will be frustrated, bored, confined, and restricted for the rest of his life. He will, in all probability, become an icon.
How convenient. Whether that is a true statement or not, it doesn't make your trolling somehow more noble.
