This should be a list of who is planning to close their business on Monday, May 1 in response of the Great American Boycott. We should compile it and boycott them ourselves if possible!
Remember to go shopping or work overtime on May 1!

Well I'm open to suggestions!
I'm looking to move south, somewhere near water (preferrably the gulf or ocean), without being in the middle of the next Katrina. I want to be near a good sized city.

"The "Great American Customer Boycott" ... lets see who they can do without .... illegal employees or customers. "That's right...I've already gotten e-mails back from Tyson's and Perdue, after I sent them my intent to NEVER buy their products while they KNOWINGLY SUPPORT LAW-BREAKING.

This is a good place to start. They want to fight for imaginary rights and I want to fight for our country and way of life. We need a long term view and not only boycott the obvious businesses but ones like Tyson who voice support for this national suicide pact veiled as a "civil rights" movement. A list that can be added to and posted publicly where downloads could be tracked would be a great way to make a statement. Then we could use it to let them know that we are aware of their position and will no longer use their product or service forever. What do you think?

Be aware that many restaurants are traditionally closed on Mondays, at least here in the Midwest, to give their staffs Sunday and Monday off. So if your favorite restaurant is closed, don't automatically assume that it's supporting the walk out, it may be their normal day to be closed. Same for barbershops and beauty shops.

Demonstrators march through downtown Chicago Monday, May 1, 2006, to show support for immigrant rights. The demonstration is part of a nationwide action that is meant to show both support for immigration reform and opposition to legislation that would criminalize the actions of an estimated 11 million illegal immigrants. Holy smokes, can this be true?:
Greg Schirf, owner of Wasatch Beers in Utah, said that when some of his Latino employees sheepishly asked if they could take off Monday, he responded: "How about this? We'll just take a company holiday. We'll call it 'Latino Appreciation Day.'" (The last two would be very easy boycott targets for the American side. There are a large number of wineries and breweries to choose from.)
Who is the keeper of the Utah ping list?

If these illegals rally for amnesty by missing work, then the employer has every right to assume that they have then quit.

Well today for me, May Day means it was the start of the statewide turkey season on private land.
My son called in several birds but didn't get a good shot.

It should be remembered that it's the Irish who 'invented' the boycott, the term being derived from the unpopular British land agent Mr. Boycott. We know how to boycott.

I don't know if there is a Utah ping list--just the state message board.
I don't drink beer, but I would have boycotted these clowns just for being tacky:
