want to make it illegal for any lawmaker to vote to provide free education, medical care, or other protections to illegals.

The voters in CA overwhelmingly tried this with Prop. 187. The liberal judges that shot us down are to blame for this country going into the cesspool. (BTW, it was very interesting the day Prop. 187 passed - the MSM kept saying the entire day that 187 was losing. But, when the votes started being tallied, it was passing by a landslide.)

69% YES

31% NO

With that kind of margin, it means that a lot of liberals are also voting yes.

Politicians take note, it isn't just conservatives that want this.

Yes, and the ENGLISH spoken from megaphones???

And the passion for the war against terror???

And the appreciation for the military???

The list goes on and on, and so does the clean up after the spray paint.

Build the wall. Build it NOW!

First, stop in inflow of illegals. Then dry up the incentives for them to come here.

Deport any illegal caught in criminal behavior. No trial. The only expense would be the truck ride back to Mexico and the large tattoo on their forehead labeling them as such. The only exception that I'd make (as king) would be to execute anyone committing a violent felony.

We still have minimum wage and tax laws, right? As much as I hate both concepts, if employers are hiring illegals and not paying the minimum wage and/or are not withholding and submitting taxes, prosecute the employer.

If I hired a citizen and did either of the above, I'd be prosecuted. Why let someone get away with it because the person they hired was an illegal or sent a campaign contribution to some politician?

There is no way in hell I'd want to draft illegal aliens. Some of the soldiers we get now aren't exactly the cream of the crop. If we add illegal immigrants to the pot it would degrade our military closer to the levels of third world militaries like Nicaragua, Honduras and maybe El Salvadore. We currently allow LEGAL immigrants to serve as a quicker way to get citizenship. I have no problem with that. But remember Mohamed Farah Aided's (Somalia) son was in the USMC and went back to Somalia to lead the faction when daddy died.

Don't worry about it, just like in WW2, and Vietnam, if aliens got a draft notice, most would decide to go back to their own country. Yes there are thousands of courageous patriotic immigrants, but most have some type of real roots in the USA and aren't waving Mexican flags. If illegals had the gumption to fight a war, why dont they go home and have another revolution in Mexico instead of causing one here? I'm tired of paying to babysit these people. We should send them home and let them march in front of Presidente Fox and wave their flags.

I do NOT support such a bill. I would support a bill that would put employers of illegal aliens in jail. Felonizing the illegals will not slow the flood. Real sanctions on the employers may. It should be fairly easy to get a work permit and visa to come to America for other Americans (continentally speaking) and for educated others and we should give education visas to well qualified applicants, i.e very smart.

And we need the wall on the southern border. Once here citizenship should be difficult with English proficiency a requirement. I would add a necessity for a working knowledge of American History and the founding documents and concepts, except we don't teach any of that to our own children any more. There should be no welfare benefits of any sort for non-citizens and emergency medical care should not be provided at taxpayer expense to any illegals, and there whould be no interference with private charity.

Illegals having babies should be given the option of taking them with them when they are deported or leaving them in this country to be adopted out with new identities- no connections to the birth parents.

All government work should, by law, be carried out in English- all government publications in English only and there should be no restrictions on any private business using any language it likes. Government schools should be English language only with the provision that private entities can run ESOL classes.

It does not matter what new laws and restrictions we put on the illegals, If the politicians and bureaucrats will not enforce them, they are just a waste of money, trees, and bandwidth.

I didn't mean you. The Sensenbrenner bill makes them felons. Maybe the bill provides for dealing with thousands of felons but I don't know how.
