They did not help their case by this protest. If anything, then they made it worse. They want all the rights of a U.S. citizen, but they do not want to go through the proper channels. Some how they believe they are above the law and entitled to hand outs. For instance, free education, welfare, food stamps, etc.... All this while being paid under the table.
I see that alot here. Do you think for ONE MINUTE, that if your dream comes true of getting rid of one of the states...that these freaks will then be happy? Ya think once they've ruined CA (and AZ, TX, N Mex....) they'll be content?

Bush may be being a realist...when it was Reagan that caused the problem...by telling the Mexicans and other immigrants that if you keep coming...eventually a POTUS will HAVE to give you amnesty...because in a two party system...
There is NO WAY that one party could fill up millions of buses of illegals and jerk the kids out of school..and businesses without the MSM showing how CRUEL the Republicans are...
I also find it odd that the talk show hosts like Laura Ingraham, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, Savage, etc....are just NOW obsessed with the border problem...saying that it is because of 9/11 and national security...
When, the ONE terrorist that tried to come over the border by land was actually caught...
BUT, the ones that actually DID kill Americans came by plane..and killed by plane. And, they were Saudi Arabian, NOT Mexican or South American.
I am in TEXAS...and I HATE, absolutely HATE that my taxes go to special teachers, medical care, housing costs, etc... for illegals...BUT, that is NOT what the TV and radio hosts SAY there worrys are about.
I am just tired of people being untruthful in their personal reasons for bitching about the immigration problem...and taking it ALL out on Bush...but still saying that REAGAN was the best POTUS ever...that is hypocritical.

But since 9-11, there is NO EXCUSE to keep the open borders policy, and that has been on Jorge Arbusto's watch!
I think, in my opinion at least...that this problem has MUSHROOMED so rapidly, and the illegals have gotten so in your face about it.
Clinton, we were always watching for other stuff...as they snuck in the back door.
Now, they're marching across like no one's business and we're being told we're racists. WE must now cowtow to them or we're the bad guys.
