The Talk Shows
Sunday, March 19th, 2006
Guests to be interviewed today on major television talk shows:
FOX NEWS SUNDAY (Fox Network): Sen. Dick Durbin, D-Ill.
MEET THE PRESS (NBC): Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa.
FACE THE NATION (CBS): Vice President Dick Cheney.
THIS WEEK (ABC): Sens. Chuck Hagel, R-Neb., and Jack Reed, D-R.I.; Olympic speed skater Joey Cheek.
LATE EDITION (CNN) : Sens. Richard Lugar, R-Ind., and Joseph Biden, D-Del.; Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister Ahmed Chalabi; Afghan Foreign Minister Abdullah Abdullah; former national security adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski, former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.
I've not heard that either. If anything, the Admin continues to say how brave and great our military is doing!
Interesting -- I haven't seen Russert yet (its on next here in FL), but sounds like Russert's talking point (General Casey said the same thing a year ago), is exactly what Durbin said on FNS this morning. There is no doubt the collusion between the antique media and the DNC, with Russert and Durbin using the exact same talking point. Where are the stock-holders in the alphabets? Do they not realize that the stupidity of the "news anchors" so closely aligning themselves with the DNC, is detrimental to their business? I'm beyond sick of old media embracing the DNC talking points and never trying to get news out there that is supportive of this country, the WOT, and our troops. GAG!
Thank you!!!
Even when there's a question of how well FNS will be, there are nuggets of something to look forward to. Now, if we can just get a Juan smack-down, the day will be complete.
I like that analogy, very profound. The Sunday talk shows may as well be on with the Saturday morning Cartoons because they are cartoon-ish anymore. George Bush is a combination,of Mighty Mouse,Superman, and Dudley Do-right,fighting the evil opposition trying to destroy America. The more the evil try to assault our hero the more we will be on his side.
Murtha wants Rummy to offer his resignation. He says none of the things Cheney said about the war turned out to be true. Ooooh my.
I think they have hung their accusation on NSA not using the FISA Act for its surveillance. What they are saying in terms we can understand better (but they refuse to see) is that if a suspected gangster's phone is tapped - legally - the FBI would still be breaking the law by not having a warrant for each person that the gangster was talking to.
The Dems are squealing that there is no warrant for the American "citizen" on the American side of the conversation with AlQueda. "Ordinary" Americans want NSA to do every trick they can to learn what our enemies are planning for us HERE INSIDE THE USA.
Hey, Timmy! Did you get a lawyer yet? It looks like the Plame Game is calling your name...!
Ice fishing in shorts.........
Good God...is Murtha in Senile Dementia? Or just a stupid, egotistical blowhard!
And Timmy ...thank God I haven't had breakfast yet...or I would throw up.
Good to see Allen and Romney at the top of this poll. In the end, Romney's competence and communication skills will win the day, imho. Love George Allen, but he's a bit too cautious. He needs to let it rip and say what he feels.
Now Brit is smacking Juan down with facts
Byron York put this one to rest.

Durbin can't handle the truth.
I'm hoping (at this early date) that it will be Allen and no one else! lol
The Boston Tea Party happened December 16, 1773:
The Declaration of Independence was signed July 2, 1776:
George Washington was inaugurated President of the United States on April 30, 1789.
Media and Democrats could never wait that long today. Everything has to fit in a 22-minute sitcom time-slot.
Murtha sounds absolutely hysterical.
Murtha and Katrina???
Now denying the reality of the connections to Al Quida...Oh God save us from our representatives!!!
Juan getting spanked, again
