At about 1:05 I met RaceBannon at Park Street Station on the Common, it was cold and clear. Race was passing the time debating some of the local lefies, confused in mind and gender, while waiting for troops to show up, he was in fine form.
I informed Race that we were to meet up with Electric Strawberry and the rest at City Hall Plaza. When we arrived the FReepers present were: ElecticStrawberry, Little Bill, Race Bannon, Chessel, Thirsty Man, Stephen12, CTBigPat, and the lurker Snooper. We also picked up some interested people, one a self admitted Liberal Democrat, oh my, who hated antiwar protestors.
The commies were doing something a little different for Boston a march to the Common passing the State House (Kremlin) Steps and then to the Frog Pond. So we displayed our Colors and Thirsties Banner urging People to Support Out Troops on the cornor of Court and Tremont Streets a place the commies would have to pass.
We passed the time debating some of locals and recieving kind words from others. The time dragged and it was cold so I did a recon down to the Common there were a few Lefts waiting fo their breathren so we descided to move to Park street which would give us a central location and be a lot warmer.
This proved fuitful, more leftists to argue with and the MBTA Cops were giving us a regular update on the Marchers Location as they recieved this information on their radios.
We had a skull session and descided to move up Park Street and locate on the cornor of Park and Beacon in front of Fox 25 News directly across from the State House (Kremlin). This would give us a cornor location and a better spread of signs and flags.
The commies were setting up across the street to recieve their Marchers and giving us someone to argue with while we were waiting, I think that the people passing by giving us and giving us the high sign was bothering them.
After a moderate period of time the Cops began to thicken and the Street was Blocked to traffic, and the sound of chanting was heard, the commies were comming.
A sqad of Bicycle cops dismounted to save from the Red Hords, 500 of Stalins, finist, a danger to life and limb for normal right thinking people. The cops told us they concidered these people dangerous and that we should flee provocation.
In a short while the sound car appeared and the stupid chants grew in volume, the usual no blood for oil crap, no more war, and the usual proposals for stealing more of my money and wasting it on various worthless proposals. >As the sound car passed us and Fox 25, the chant "F*** Fox News","F*** Fox News," was repeated over and over.
Behind the sound car was the most amazing collection of Communists, real, Faux Vets, dykes, sodomites, reformed and current drug addicts, ugly men and women of all colors and sizes, pathetic. To judge by their expressions they were not very happy to see us, our Flags and Our Banner.
After the crowd passed we retired to M.J. O'Connors for food and libations, a satisfing day.
Race Bannon had an interview with Fox 25, see the news at 10PM.

On NBC world news they briefly showed the commie goons in Chicago doing their anti-war routine. The camera person must have slipped up, because parading right in front of the camera came a huge red flag with the yellow hammer and sickle. Hope Americans start getting the picture.

The turnouts everywhere have been meager. They will step up their efforts in the coming days. I had to laugh at the CNN coverate of the Gulfport march today. They tried very hard with their camera angles to make it look there were more people there than there were, but finally had to admit on air that the march was not well attended.

Well, the way I see it, these are really "Hate America, Hate George Bush" marches. So Hugo Chavez makes perfect sense.

I probably would have followed that dude with the "Victory to the Iraqi Resistance" poster till he finally broke off from his group and headed to his car. Got to hand it to you folks, you have more patience and tolerance than I do...........
