Just got back from a party.
Seahwks were victim of questionable officiating IMO.

Why isn't amyone commenting about the Steelers "touchodown" that was made by moving the ball over the line AFTER the play is over? It was contested and the call was upheld. Was I the only one who didn't see that as a touchdown?!?

BWAHAHA!!! I love hearing the seahawk fans piss and moan. Keep it up, your making the victory that much more enjoyable!

All I can was that the camera angle was not directly on teh goal line and the reviewing officials thought the ball "broke the plane" BEFORE it hit the ground.

I thought there was not enough evidence to overturn the call. It looked like the ball ever so briefly crossed the plain.

The NBA has always been terrible about calling plays differently for their stars than for the rest of the league, and it has really hurt them in the long run. In the NFL, I think it's just the fact that they have part time officials. There's so much money in the NFL right now that they probably don't care. Wonder what the ratings were like for this Super Bowl. I didn't pick up much interest in it from a lot of people. However, the Super Bowl isn't really for football fans. It's a show to get people that normally don't watch football to tune in.

... Seattle fans after SB XL or Democrats after 2000 election? ...
Note to Self: Don't need to see any more of your doofus opinions. Democrats had no merits to their case. Seattle got jobbed. Could they have won? Don't know. They didn't let them play.

Not enough evidence to overturn. Its pretty typical in a close play like that...JFK

The Steelers won on one gimmick play, one fluke TD where a guy goes 70 yards off-tackle, a broken play on third-and-long when a Seahawk defender slipped, and 4-5 BS calls by the refs. To see this as some dominant performance by the Steelers is sheer idiocy.
To: BADROTOFINGER
Nice analysis, and not to worry the Seahawks will be back. They are a very good team and had me worried for most of the game. I found myself feeling bad for Shawn Alexander, he's a great player. If Seattle doesn't resign him...

I have looked again, the defender was facing in the direction of the ball, he wasn't moving backwards until the push, he might not have been able to stop the reception but the push stopped him from even making a play.
