Good morning, all.

Join us today for the final victory lap, the vote to "confirm Samuel Alito, of New Jersey, to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court."

It's all over except the final vote tally.

Lots of surprises yesterday at the HUGE vote to impose cloture, so perhaps there are still some surprise votes to come?

Is SDO'C's resignation legally binding..could she recant it?

LOL. That would violate stare decisis.

That chart was only the declared votes prior, not the actual voting that is happening now.

Good for Alito, and good to see the Rats crushed.

What is best in life, Conan?

To crush your enemies, to see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their windbags.
